Great customer service. The swaddle up was not that useful for us for the first few weeks as our baby had bad reflux and would vomit if his hands… Read more

went into his mouth so we used the traditional swaddle more. But we did use it much more consistently after that especially when he started to be able to escape the swaddle at night. We had a friend who gave us 2 swaddles but bought us the smallest size and our baby was on the upper weight limit so we requested an exchange for both. 1 to the next size up and 1 to the larger one. It took about 3 to 4 weeks to get the exchanged item (due to the process of returning via friend and then getting from friend) and my baby was again at the upper weight limit of one of the exchanged item ! I emailed customer service to see if they would allow another exchange and they said yes and arranged an exchange to our address instead of our friend. I think this is really an example of great Aussie customer service.

Did not live up to expectations – I was so excited to try this swaddle with the zip down arms. I hadn’t seen a bad review so figured it’d be great. We used one for the first time last… Read more

night on our 3 month old and she can still get her hands right up to her face when the arms are zipped down by her side. The material is very stretchy. Unfortunately she slept terribly. The other thing I dislike about it is that for daytime naps you have to undress your baby down to a singlet to put the swaddle on and then redress when they wake up. Long sleeved onesies will not fit underneath. When you have a little one who has lots of naps during the day it becomes inconvenient. There is also a no returns policy for used and washed items. As I bought 2 swaddles and washed them before first use, I have wasted $120. It’s a great concept but I’m sorry to say that I wouldn’t recommend.

3.5 tog awesomeness – We've been through a bunch of winter-weight sleeping bags with our kids and the Ergopouch is the only one that has survived intact pretty much as-new… Read more

despite the spews and leaks and more washing than you ever thought possible before you had babies. We prefer the central zip style and unlike other brands, said zips haven't busted or derailed in three years. Comparing like with like price-wise, the Ergopouch comes out on top for sure. Hands down the best bags we've bought!

great product, awful customer service – I bought the Woombie original for my 2 week old. Confused about what I should dress my baby in under the Woombie, during the winter months I emailed… Read more

customer service asking for their recommendation. Their response was ‘you know your baby better than we do, so you decide’ WHAT! I know my baby, but I don’t know your product. Most similar pouches are able to offer a guide.. I don’t understand how I’m expected to use a swaddle that doesn’t come with a TOG seating or guide to what is safe to dress your baby beneath. I ended up purchasing another similar swaddle that actually came with a guide and tog rating. Seems like this company is more concerned about covering their butts in the instance something was to go wrong, rather than offer parents any sort of advice.

Love the Ergopouch sleep sack, but not overly happy with the quality of the material. We bought one 2 weeks ago, it’s been washed twice (according to… Read more

instructions) and the material looks like it’s been worn for years. I have clothes from my own childhood 30 years ago that looks better than this does after 2 washes. And our baby is now 6 months, can’t imagine what one would have looked like if we used one the first 2 months with the constant blow outs and daily washes.

No escape! – I'm not very good at fixing a tight swaddle and my 6 week old was constantly wriggling her arms out of traditional swaddles and then waking and… Read more

getting upset. She hasn't been able to escape this one though! Its easy to use, just a bit fiddly tucking the arm flaps underneath bub. My baby tends to fight swaddles so sometimes she still gets upset when in this one, but it does what it says and keeps those arms tucked away.

Exceptional customer service, superior quality product. Worth every cent! – I'm a new mum and had no idea what or how to dress my newborn during the day or at night. I discovered this brand at a "Sleep Workshop" I attended in… Read more

Melbourne and immediately fell in love with their story. I swear by their Joey Swaddle Wrap. It's lightweight, effortless to put on and off (even if you're half asleep at 3 am in the morning). It also helps settle my little guy in his bassinet as he feels comfortable and snug in it. I also appreciated the fact that their muslin wraps are super soft and gentle on the skin. I had 3 but later discovered, after using them for everything, I needed more, so I bought another pack of 3. They feel so nice to touch and gentle when you use it against the sensitive skin of a newborn. I totally recommend this brand and will be featuring them in my "Top Things a New Mum Needs" post I will share on my Lifestyle blog.

Sleeves too small – We got the 2-4 size. My child just turned 2 and the sleeves of the sleepsuit only reach three fourth length. Sleeves are tight as well. Plus it's hard to wear as the front zipper is not very long. Show details

pram or use as a sun shade. The larger size have made them a great 'spew' cloth for our little one who suffers chronic spit ups, you can never have a muslin that is too large! These were the best muslin wraps that we had, they are such a good size to accommodate for a growing baby. they were a great light fabric which was perfect for our summer baby. None - I loved them

Perfect – I have the 1.0 tog bag. My baby was 4 months and quite large. I brought the plum 0-6 months bag which was ok but he grew out of quickly and the… Read more

quitting all moved to the bottom after washing. Then I brought the bubbaroo bag which is also great but the 6-18 month bag is too big and I worry he is going to slip down or that the excess length is going to cover his face. The problems with these bags are there size. The 6-18 month bags are massive for my now 6 months old and he is a big boy. I did stress when he was in them. My mum brought me few grobags when overseas and again the 6-18 months is way too big for now. The ergo pouch is perfect. I find the 2-12 months perfect for him. It is a great length, washes and dries well, is well made and is not wide so baby feels snug. It has a color neck which fits firm but softly so no chance if his head slipping down. For a baby in the 4 months to 8 months range I would recommend this bag. Wish I hadn't wasted so much money in the other brands. Will buy the 2.5 tog as well. Feels safe and the collor is firm Would no way fit him when he is 12 months

Used it for two babies. Best swaddle hands down – I have used 4 or 5 different brands/styles sleeping bag. Halo is no doubt my favorite. Now my 3 months old baby is getting too big for the small size swaddle type sleepsack. Wish this same design comes in bigger size. Show details

It doesn’t secure the arms – I bought this swaddle being new to swaddling a baby. I quickly found that much cheaper Velcro swaddled worked great but this one, which I paid… Read more

significantly more money for, allowed my baby to raise her hands out from the wrapping (although still within the mesh arm pockets) to her mouth. This disrupts her sleeping and I’ve noticed she wakes more often on nights I have her in this swaddle as opposed to my other swaddles. This swaddle essentially doesn’t swaddle her at all as no matter how carefully and securely I wrap her, she gets her arms up and hands to her mouth. Very disappointing.

from my friend who bought it, I decided to give it a go. Bought this for my second child. I bought the winter/sherpa weight and the duvet weight. I'm totally happy with it. My 6 months can sleep through during the cold winter night. I dont have to turn on the heater on his room as he already snuggle enough in this sleeing bag. It's super soft with merino and fleece lining! Totally worth the price!

wee man will not sleep without being wrapped tight. No issues with durability even after 8 months continuous daily use. Colour has not faded and it stretches so far that I could wrap it twice round if I needed too! Recommend to anyone with a Houdini baby who needs to be kept under control at bed time. Stretchy and will never come undone. Keeps baby tight but with freedom to move arms.

kept waking himself up with “arms up”. This wrap is the BEST. $15!! at Target! Lots of Velcro so you can adjust the tightness easily. overheat wearing the love to dream and bag. Very easy to use, especially when traveling as it easily hooks around the arms and can transfer baby between car and pram.

I found the elastic way too tight and spend a while really stretching them out as I felt they were way too constricting- now they are perfect.

Would be good to have a summer weight style as they would be way too thick for summer.

Good idea, and so far has been a successful sleep tool. Recommended.

Unsafe – I have a newborn on the larger side who managed to get the neck rise up and material stuck over his nose and face. Massive safety concern. There’s also an unnecessary amount of extra material. It is a nice breathable material on a positive note.

sided ones, not to mention the colours and the silky smoothness of the fur. They are easy care, which every parent of small children wants. I have gifted these to many friends and family and they have been lovingly received. Giving a warm blanket in lieu of a big hug is a special gift. We literally own multiples of everything in the range and varying sizes. The mid size are fabulous for long distance car travel or couches. The large ones for the tops of beds!! Our pets have their own as well. These blankets have lasted well over 10 years, through many spills, tears and accidents. We adore them and you will too.
