the QR code on the box for instructions and care. The help team went above and beyond to get me the information and rectify the QR code error. Once my bed frame turned up I could finally test out the new mattress - To be honest I was a little sceptical of a mattress in a box but with 150day sleep guarantee I thought why not. I can honestly say I'm so very glad I gave Emma Mattresses a try. Best night sleep I've had in a very long time. So very comfortable and much cooler than normal Mattresses. Unfortunately they paid the refund back to the original account without asking me, and that account is closed. Emma has been stuffing me around for months, making me spend hours on hold to both them and the bank, and are completely refusing to call the bank's merchant support line, which they (the bank) have said multiple times would allow them to resolve the issue. Emma has insisted on requiring written proof from the bank which the bank has stated multiple times they cannot give to me, and Emma is refusing to call them. At this point I am having to go to the ACCC to get my money back.

Update: Not only does Emma make bad mattresses and screw you around they will also lie to your face. The reply here claiming to be willing to help above and beyond normal channels and actually put in any legwork was just an outright lie and they have continued to put all of the onus on me to chase everything up, while claiming they'll call the bank, which they still have not done, despite it being a month since they said they could help me resolve the issue. DO NOT BUY FROM EMMA SLEEP.

this review the company made several suggestions that did not help. They then offered me a refund or a new topper. As the topper was so good initially we chose a new topper. We have been using it for over a month now and it is still wonderful.

mattress is just as comfortable and supportive as my old Madison Empire.

To be fair I bought my Madison Empire around 8 or 9 years ago so mattresses have come a LONG way since then in terms features and cost.

Eva were also great to deal with, there were fairly lengthy delays in the shipping but my customer service agent, Camille, was super helpful and responsive and ensured I got my shipping cost refunded due to the delay in receiving my mattress.

observational experience, answering my questions to guide me to the mattress most suited to my back problems and sleeping patterns. There was no pushy sales with plenty of time to try the various mattresses. Payment and delivery options were flexible with delivery expected in 7 days! As an EOFY sale, I not only received 50% off this premium mattress but was gifted two expensive latex pillows and a lovely gift pack. I will review again after using my mattress but shopping experience was 10*'s out of 5'*s.

We’d got to the stage where we didn’t even know what we needed to be comfortable and going to bedding shops didn’t seem to help as you never know how each will feel after a night’s sleeping nor how the bed will feel in a couple of year’s time. Then I stumbled across Karl’s posts on Reddit and Whirlpool – you can find links on the Ausbeds homepage. All of a sudden it became so much clearer about what had gone wrong for us in the past. There is a wealth of knowledge there if you are that way inclined. I’m in Brisbane (and delivery was easy) but if I was in Sydney I would now recommend skip the details and just go their showrooms, try the beds and get the team’s advice on the best mattress for you. For us, we have started with a medium Cooper for the guest room and it’s been great being able to adjust the feel to find what works for each of us as well as being just much more comfortable than what it replaced. We’re waiting till we get to Sydney to try out the Aurora and Cloud before we decide on what we’ll choose for our main bed. And the great thing is that it’s also easy to upgrade the Cooper if we choose to.

love the mattress feel so much. Just the right firmness - medium. Doesn’t sink in over time. Not sweaty or hot to sleep in. I feel like it regulates its temp depending on the weather. It’s great when you share with a toddler or baby. Doesn’t sink in the middle. Very supportive mattress. Husband is 6ft tall, broad and built. I’m small and petite so it works for us both. I haven’t got hip pains or numbness in arms with this mattress. The customer service has been perfect. Cliff has always answered our questions honestly. Very genuine. I highly recommend this mattress. I can’t fault this mattress at all.
