the o-ring. Not only did they inform me of multiple ways (wih paper towel, which I found fidley, so then they suggested cotton tip [genius], and a hair drier!) Then they went on to send me a free breast pad and cleaning kit! Amazing. Customer service are incredible!

The best! – I have tried so many different breast pad brands, and the Pigeon brand is by far my favourite. The pads stick, they’re absorbent, they’re soft and… Read more

very comfortable. They shape well to the chest, too. I even like the packaging - it’s also soft and really easy to open, especially when you’re in a rush or only have one hand free!

Best on the market – I descovered these with bub number one and after 4 breastfed bubs I can safely say these are the best and only breath pads I will buy. No leakages… Read more

they obsorb it all. Fantastic if you have a let down one both sides at once like I use to. No messy wet tops while your out and about unless you have left them too long. But that's pretty hard to do. Definitely worth a few extra dollars.

So great, comfortable and a help for sore nipples – I exclusively express breast fed for 8 months and these were a lifesaver for catching excess milk and for helping air circulation for sore nipples,… Read more

these are so comfortable and easy to use, they are quite noticeable so you can't really wear them outside the house but are a great staple for Mums while breast feeding

Get the Medela, don't waste your money – Thin silicone? No. It's twice the thickness of the Medela and so much more bulky. It falls off due to the shape if the flange, unlike the Medela… Read more

which stays put. Honestly if I had tried these first I would have thought all nipple shields were awful. But no. It's just the Avent ones. Get the Medela ones, most people are medium. Don't waste your money on this pathetic attempt of a product.

Amazing!!! However needs better usage explanation! – Ok so firstly I used these I had no idea what I was supposed to do with them so I assumed they just went straight in and I leaked through instantly!… Read more

I was so annoyed because they didn't work then I had a thought when I first brought my babies modern cloth Nappies I had to soak them over night first then dry and use and after heaps of washes and drys they are now super absorbent! So I washed and tumble dried these breast pads and after a few uses I can say they don't Leak at all for a whole night I can sometimes get a night and almost a whole day and I have a lot of milk and let down. They really need to have instructions on exactly what to do soak wash dry a few times and they are perfect!! I also wasn't entirely sure which way they were supposed to go in either so I went fluffy side against me. I hope if you find this review it helps you because these are definitely worth it!!!!

Worn almost every day for a year- indispensable! – When I was pregnant I bought one white and one black breast vest. I wasn't sure if it would be useful but wasn't interested in wearing a nursing… Read more

cover and thought I should be prepared.

Since having my baby, he is now almost 1 yr old, I have worn these almost every day with my regular shirts and they make breastfeeding in public a lot less intimidating for me by hiding and keeping warm my tummy. I find them much more convenient that a maternity singlet (although I wear that at night) as you can get actual support from a real bra.

Yes the straps do occasionally fall down, which is not ideal but you can shorten them or put under bra strap.

In short, I highly recommend these and have gotten fantastic value out of them. Probably should have bought more so the ones I have get washed a bit more often.

can put next to your nipples especially in the early weeks. After using disposables in hospital I was so happy to come home to this product. They are breathable so they don't get clammy or gross and they don't scratch like the plastic disposables. They are much larger which was a bit scary at first but allow your breast to move around naturally especially at night. Sometimes they pop out of the top of lower cut bras but you can just pin them under your bra cup elastic under the breast which also acts like a bib for any leaks under the bra. I now find when using disposables that I worry about the nipple moving out of the small "target" area. This product doesn't have a backing so they will leak through if you have a heavy let down or for overnight engorgement. When going out for longer periods or to events I use a disposable to the bra and then use the wool inside against my skin. Occasionally your nipple will stick to the wool but if you express a little or just carefully pull away then no issues. They are not scratchy they are super soft. I was also expecting them to get a bit gross since they don't get washed much but they stay clean and nice smelling due to the lanolin. I have been washing every week or so but you could go longer. Because this is wool it may leave wooly fibres on your back clothes (like a natural fibre jumper) but that is a small issue for such a wonderful soft product against the skin. Overall such a good product regardless of price. Although should be said they are very economical too compared with good quality disposables.

Great for swimming and strapless dresses! – I'm glad I bought these nursing pads. I was a bit annoyed when they arrived and the instructions stated that they only last a couple of months, but… Read more

mine have lasted a few months longer than that (with only occasional use). They actually worked as they said they would though. One bonus was that I was able to wear mine, instead of a bra, when I got a spray tan before a wedding (I didn't want bub getting a mouthful of bronzer but bras leave unsightly strap marks). They were easy to wash and I just air dried them on paper towel. Discrete, allowed me to go swimming and wear strapless dresses, easy to clean and dry Only last a few months & expensive considering this, may be difficult to stick when you're leaking a lot especially in the first few months of breastfeeding

Not the best but not the worst – Relatively comfortable (not irritating), but the adhesive tape didn't stick particularity well causing them to move every time you feed. Also they… Read more

seem to be less absorbent than competing brands meaning that they had to be replaced more frequently. On the plus side they are usually competitively priced and readily available.

lacktation consultants and doctors and due to babies weight loss had to fall back to the bottle. I only stumbled across this product in the chemist and cannot recommend it enough, it is FANTASTIC! My third child is feeding well & gaining weight without the need of a nipple sheild or any other assistance. The midwives at my hospital were also impressed. Comfotable, work fantastic

over my nipple, making my boobs even more obvious. These come in two sizes, small and large, and the large ones are perfect for larger boobs. Lovely and soft and breathable on the skin, draws moisture away really well and works out to be very cost effective! Soft, reusable (so very cost effective and environmentally friendly), absorbent, can be used for a few days between washes with no smell, mould to the breast, so no creases etc that can be seen through clothes Do tend to lose their shape a little after a couple of days (go kind of oval shaped), but quickly spring back to a round shape after washing.

really thin they are still good with absorbency which is ideal. I used to wear some of the cheaper ones at home and the more expensive thinner ones when I went out. As they are thin and individually wrapped it is really easy to throw a couple in a small bag for when you go out or your pocket. This are really thin and I find I can wear them under just about anything They can be a bit expensive

expensive, No pharmacy had it in stock. And with a new baby, I certainly didnt have time to go travelling all over the universe to find one. I had been recommended Pigeon Peristaltic teats for bottles so I thought Id give the shield a go. It works really really well. Makes feeding much more comfortable - especially in the first few weeks, and my bub does not notice it AT ALL! Tried the Avent Silicone shields - dont bother they are garbage. Very easy to use. Not too expensive.

thicker ones elsewhere for night but love my itti ones. Easy to wash and chuck in dryer. They did get mouldy after some time though I definitely got money worth. Washed very regularly but they're very absorbent so I guess that's a risk.

adhesive lining. PP nursing pads have been great. They have a water proof cover, which in my opinion is a must for this kind of product. I'd say they have medium absorbancy but even since my baby started sleeping through the night (9+ hours no feeding no pumping) I've barely had any leaks. They're a low maintenance product to use (for washing I just wash bag them so I don't lose them and in with everything else) that's better for the environment.

Good – I had two pairs of these and found them fantastic. I also tried a commercial non-washable brand and found the ABA ones more discreet and comfortable.… Read more

They are easy to wash (I just hand washed/rinsed them and squeezed them out to dry) and fast to dry. Effective washable breast pad. Comfortable to wear - draws the fluid away from the nipple. Very cheap - $3 a pair. Quite discreet and fast drying meaning you dont need many pairs. Can move around in bra as there is no way to stick them in place so you do need to re-positioned throughout the day (I suspect this is the same for all of the rewashable types). Only available from the ABA but can be purchased online or from the store.

Wish I had bought one for my first baby – I saw these cushions in a store when my first baby was about 6 months old and never bothered to buy one as he was at an age when we no longer needed… Read more

a support pillow for breast feeding. I used a pillow for him and it was never "just right" as the pillow would slip around, be too high, too soft and not the right shape.

When I was pregnant with my second baby I remembered these pillows and wanted one and was lucky enough to buy one off of Gumtree which had never been used instead of paying $90 retail. I took this pillow to hospital with me and it was fantastic for breast feeding my newborn baby. I had a c section so found it wonderful for supporting my baby while feeding both in bed and sitting in a chair. The cushion wraps around your waist and supports the baby at the right height for feeding. Mine is denim on one side and different shades of green on the other side and they have a trendy large wooden button that buttons the cushion up into a tortellini shape which you can use to lay your baby in from when they are 8 weeks or so that acts as a little support seat/cushion. With the button done up you would never know its a breastfeeding cushion so could be used later as a cushion on a couch. My baby is 4 months old and I am still using it for breastfeeding as its great for supporting my baby as well as my arm if I am not sitting in a chair with arms on it.

I would recommend any pregnant lady to invest in one of these or buy one as a gift or gift hints to receive one as a gift as they are truly something that you will use all the time for a long period of time. Its also made from fair trade fabrics so you are doing something good when purchasing one. Great colour choices that will not date and will look nice as a cushion later as when it is done up it doesn't really look like a breastfeeding cushion. it would be great if it had a cover that could come off to be washed

These are great! – These milk collection shells are great! Once you can start to remember to put one on prior to feeding bub it is great at catching the let down from… Read more

your other breast. There is a small hole at the top of the shell for pouring out the milk. If you accidentally forget you are wearing the shell and you lean forward you may accidentally tip out your recently collected milk. The shells can hold approx 30ml each; I have found I needed to lean forward slightly before removing the shell which is harder to do in the early days as bub has usually fallen asleep on you.

Comfortable disposable option - good for hospital – Comfortable disposable from Medela. I used these breast pads in hospital and found them soft and comforting. They are not really designed for… Read more

discrete wear as they are quite large, squareish and will show through clothes. I prefer reusable wooden nursing pads for everyday & ultimate comfort but these are OK for disposables. They are a bit too pricey for every day wear but good as a soft back up in the cupboard. I would also recommend closer to nature for more economical quality pads.

baby has started to spit out my breast milk since I started using these pads! Would not recommend this brand to anyone! There is also no where on the box that shows what's the pads made off.
