You are waiting on average 1-2 hours on the phone when speaking to someone who has no idea how to help you because it's a "self-service" based system online. The only problem is the "self-service" system online crashes with "unexpected errors" so frequently, it's surely expected by now. When bringing up things that cannot be processed online without an error - like opening the account or adding an additional account holder, they just stall you for hours over the phone only to tell you nothing can be done. It is not worth the time or effort, seriously look for any alternatives would be better use of your time!
