weeks and my brokers involvement just to get the application form sent my way. Continually advised that assessments can take up to 10 days - no problems. Was told on last week (when enquiring about something else) that the assessor was looking at it that day. Haven’t heard anything so today I ask- now told it won’t be looked at for 3 weeks??? You can’t call them because they just harp on about us using their online chat but the chat is useless! Scripted information and they don’t even acknowledge the events and communication that have occurred - only want to stick to their script. Highly disappointing and will be proceeding to a formal complaint now. This is the definition of being treated like a number, not a person!

overseas transactions. With no international transaction fees and a high rewards earn rate (comparable to the Amex Platinum), we’re constantly redeeming vouchers to use elsewhere. I now also use this card for my business expenses, as the Macquarie app makes it easy to tag transactions for tax purposes. Overall, it’s a fantastic all-rounder.
