Love it! It actually works really well. We're living in a really small temporary unit and having trouble with condensation and it's helped heaps.

control, books and papers don't have that damp feeling. The only down side it does heat up the room a bit so we run it overnight in summer and winter is fine.The air quality is crispy. This model is easy to move around on the rollers, controls are simple, easy to empty. All in all I would get another one.

The set up process is ridiculous. whoever designed that needs to sit with people whilst they try & work it out. Otherwise, working well so far.

The noise on low is easy to ignore, and if you ramp up the fan it really gets the air moving around the room. Note like all compressor units they need an indoor temp of 19degrees+ to work well - so perfect in cool climates if your house has central heating, no good for cold unheated areas. Buyers should note the need to take off the plastic wrapped HEPA filter inside the unit before operating - an essential step missing from the instructions.
