see that it didn't work properly(yes one plate boils water) and then he sent us a text message with some techno babble saying that we needed cast iron cookware. We have Swisse-tech pro and Baccarat (both of which worked at our last home and were $100 a pot) We actually paid extra to have an induction cooktop in our new McDonald Jones Home and four months later we have no cooktop in a brand new kitchen. None of our family or friends can believe this!

hairline crack which got bigger till it stopped working. Disappointed with glass quality and it marks really easily. Maybe a steel edge protection would help.
