battery compartment is impossible to remove because of the idiotic, cheap design, so good luck changing the battery if it goes flat.

I know it has Wi-Fi but guess where the Wi-Fi setup button is? On the dead remote. I czn only assume Rinnai use the same remote across the range so avoid Rinnai altogether.

Oh, and I tried calling Rinnai "customer service" as advised by the retailer and they basically hung up on me, said they "don't deal with customers".

Terrible experience. Look elsewhere.
