freezer. To find out today, that they no longer offer vegetarian options, effectively excluding an entire group of customers, including myself is deeply disappointing. Vegetarianism is really nothing new or special and should not be difficult to offer, especially since they also increased their prices and meat-free options are generally cheaper. They responded under a google review that they "follow what is popular with customers", this just shows they don't actually care to bring healthy meals to everybody. They put on the menu what brings in most money, discarding people who were on a journey, making progress, like myself- a single mum of 3, who started to feel better about herself. Real shame.

In addition, Facebook have a site called Shame on Youfoodz, so their illegal activities are well documented. To add insult to injury, their food is not even as advertised and is of inferior quality.

months ago and gave me a voucher saying their food was tastier/better quality than others and she wanted me to try it. I tried for a week and did really enjoy the meals so I decided to subscribe and had really good experiences in the beginning. Now my concerns are growing for the following reasons: 1. They ask you to photograph where to leave the food (which I did) and the delivery person left the food there on my outdoor table, in the shade, as pictured for the first two weeks. Since then, it has been put on the gravel driveway, in the direct sun, at my front gate. (Really not fussed on a box of food that's now full of ants and warming in the sun) 2. The meals were delicious and reliable but recently I have experienced out of date items (which fortunately have been credited - BUT that doesn't solve my need for a meal at the time, as I cannot go to a shop with my disability) and last night I had my favourite meal- Braised Steak with pepper sauce, only to find that the usually very tender, pull-apart steak required a steak knife to cut. When I cut it up, I found that about 90% of the "beef" was fat and hard gristle. So last night's meal consisted of one small bite of steak with sauce and vegetables. Very disappointed. I haven't bothered contacting them this time because, it's not the money that annoys me most...It's my inability to have an alternative on hand if they screw up. I'm going to give them one more week to lift their standards back up on the delivery and food quality before I look for another option :(

my bank account without my consent. This is deceptive and unacceptable. Customers should not be charged for hidden subscriptions after refusing them. Trust is essential when doing business, and in this case, it was severely lacking. I was sent out another case of wine but would have preferred to have my money refunded. Then, after cancelling over the phone, I was still charged for a subscription for the following two months. This is unacceptable, and I am sure the ACCC would call it 'deceptive conduct'. I am absolutely certain that I will never use this company again and would advise others to avoid them.

They offer meals like Beef Rendang, Beef Bourguignon, Thai Red Chicken Curry, Stir-fry Honey Soy Chicken with Singaporean noodles, Udon Stir fried with black pepper beef. A new item that has been added is Chicken Souvlaki, Roasted Eggplant and Capsicum, Jasmin Rice and Yogurt Dip. This is a wonderful dish with succulent and tender chicken and perfectly fluffy jasmine rice. I enjoy it so much and buy repeats of this dish with new orders. I am a self confessed foodie who loves gourmet foods and I find these meals so satisfying and nourishing and they are good value as the produce is of high quality. I had tried other meal delivery services before, but this service is my only choice now. They deliver reliably. I even tend to lose weight effortlessly because the foods are so nutrient dense, and the high protein option helps too! This is a great company.

So happy to be supplied this nourishing food. My youngest will often share mine with me, whilst my eldest likes agency of choosing a hot meal for breakfast and helping themself, instead of waiting for us to get organised in the morning.
