uncomfortable. You can feel where it drops off the sofa base, which ends up being in your mid to lower back, depending on how tall you are. The end of the bed tapers off at an angle, so your feet are lower than the rest of your body, not to mention the fact that you're sleeping on the floor, which is no good for anyone other than children. Build quality is underwhelming. Assembly was an absolute pain. All this for a premium price. I cant recommend this product at all. Delivery service to central West NSW cost an arm and leg and return shipping isn't included in the 120 day trial, so if we choose to return it, which we likely will, we'll be down around $600.

Not sure how it gets such high reviews, but my advice is to stay away from this product. Our $150 air bed is more comfortable than this sofa bed and I certainly won't be subjecting guests to it.

George whom I spoke to a couple of times and was so helpful over the phone. I had a two month delay due to My Aged Care funding delays but that wasn't a problem for George and Sleeping Electric. The bed was delivered in a week fitting in with my timing schedule. I find the mattress I chose comfortable and the automation of the bed smooth. I have one problem, the remote is easy to use but the buttons on it are a bit small. If you are considering buying an automated bed I Strongly suggest you look at Sleeping Electric for their service and high quality products.

disability and have trouble with pain i couldn't stand sleeping in the hospital bed so I discharge myself to sleep on my couch to recover but it was a struggle to get comfortable so my support worker was going to purchase a sleep Sophie for me but couldn't afford it so Nigel k from sleep Sophie contacted my support worker and asked if I was still interested in getting a sleep Sophie and I was so overwhelmed he organise a payment plan through humm to pay it off , I was so excited finally I get a comfy bed, Nigel was so helpful on the phone and so were a few other people and the delivery guys from sleep Sophie were wonderful to set up the bed and show me how it works. I love the massager in it I have it on every morning And I love to have the foot end raised to take the fluid out of my legs which is important. Before I got my bed I was getting about 4hrs a sleep and now in my sleep Sophie I get 7 to 8 hrs a sleep and that has made a huge difference in my mental health and my life I cannot thank Nigel and the sleep Sophie team enough you guys have made a big difference in my sleep and life , i would recommend sleep Sophie to anyone to help with better sleep and as well as if you have surgery. I have a few weeks to go and my left knee will be 12 months . I should of got sleep Sophie a long time ago but glad I got it now. I tried to get the bed through ndis but they wouldn't help me, As the saying goes if you want something bad you purchase yourself and that's what i have done. at customers expense if they decide it was "missused" which they tell me is likely, return shipping (before they repair it) is also at customers expense unless they agree that it was a manufacturing defect (convenient for them). This is supposedly a premium brand and yet they treat customers like trash.

I can see a number of other reviews here mentioning Will and Henry as particularly unpleasant customer service agents, I had the same experience. Some of the worst I have ever had, even for budget products, never mind how expensive this thing is.

I can also see other reviews talking about roof sections becoming damaged easily or arriving damaged, so it appears to be somewhat common.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Not worth the money. Causes discomfort and pain from sitting even a short duration (<1hr). Warranty is useless, as support day nothing wrong from the video i provided but i can but a new seat base for 250.. no chance.

Poor product which looks cool, doesn't function as a gaming or office chair backed up with a worthless warranty and canned response support team.

The added bonus was he took away the bed in the spare room and moved my existing bed into the spare room and set it up. Plus my first night sleep in my new bed was great, after having trouble because of health reason of actually getting into my original bed, this new bed made it so much easier to get in and out of bed. Christmas delivery and holidays were great. Assembly was simple and straight forward. My wife loves the look of the Pheasant wood. Matches the rest of our furniture by sheer chance. Operation of the controls and memory functions are simple and work well. I confirmed the motors are strong enough to lift my body weight. At the maximum height, there is minimal sideways wobble and at the lower heights there is no sideways wobble. The power board and cable channel work nicely and conceal cabling. Payment was accepted super fast and efficiently and delivery was super fast. but you can thank automatic banking and efficient modern delivery systems for that! Desk was super easy to assemble and the locking leg system seemed kind of cool and got me very excited.

unfortunately, the magic faded away immediately after assembly. the controller would stop and start, some times the up went down and the down went up. then i come home one day any my $5000 PC tower is sideways on the floor and the desk had one leg all the way up and one all the way down!! my $1800 monitor speaks slammed into my walls. big enough i had to get someone in to repair it. my actual monitor survived but you can tell they have been slammed together from the slide.

maybe it over loaded ? under 60kg on a 120kg rated desk? well the first piece of false advertising i found.

they sent a tech to my house, i missed days of income waiting to get it fix, and i had to stop my side hustle (guitar lessons, because i could no longer stand at my desk, its essential i stand) the tech swapped the controller out, told me i might have too much weight on it. i replied mate its 120kg desk? and showed him the scales i used to weigh everything. and as soon as he knew i knew the exact weight he changed his tune and started saying the legs were too far apart. this is the second line of false advertising. the desk is listed with a min and max width, i had the leg 100mm under the max. any way he made the desk work, left and what do you know? my stuff got slammed on the floor again.

To top it off the customer service was hand balling me around, they have this game where they know their product is average so they make fake claims in their marketing collateral for sales, then they have a 5 year warranty where they just keep pretending to fix problems they cant fix because the product isnt even capable of doing its advertised tasks.

been three years, still got the pile of junk in my house. i no longer give guitar lessons or even play. they never fixed anything, no refund nothing.

so if you want this desk to perform as advertised, id look elsewhere. anywhere with online reviews should be good.

very bad business, operating against the law in Australia, false claims, false advertising, bad customer service, terrible repair service.
