retailer to discuss the problem I was having - the pump was still working fine but had started cycling and the pipes would knock. I tried priming the pump but couldn't stop it cycling so decided it was time to get a new pump; this time a self priming one. My son-in-law removed the old pump easily and the new one slotted in easily with the old fixtures. I was very impressed with the price and the new pump is working perfectly.

However on approaching Gentrax they suggested I remove carby, fuel lines etc, were quite dimissive, then suggested I'd have to pay for repairs when I indicated I wasnt touching it as it was under warranty. They then changed their tune and said I could return it at my cost and they would assess the issue. Had no confidence they would fix or replace product. Have since purchased a quality Honda generator, more expensive, however at least I know it will go the distance. Will never buy a gentrax again, cheap, unreliable and customer service very poor.

I would not have the new model for no other reason than the very loud fan that runs full noise for at least 5 full minutes every time it strikes an arc irrelevant of temperature. Very annoying in a quiet workplace like a home workshop. I actually bought the new model and returned it in disgust, It totally contradicts the advertised “smart fan” feature that Unimig advertises with the new model. What a shame. If you can find the KUM-M-RTIG200ACDC buy it and dont sell it! I Awesome welders so much better than the new model in my opinion.

without the tap turned on the relaxed hose would not allow me to place sprinkler in desired position. Closed the lever valve on the end of the hose and turned tap on to allow the hose to expand, then had to open the lever valve to let the water flow into sprinkler, got soaked with the sudden release of water. When I then turned the tap off to reposition the sprinkler the hose retracted in a sudden extremely quick manner. Got wet 4 times when repositioning the sprinkler. The advertising should carry a qualification that it is not suitable for use with a sprinkler. Am going back to using conventional hose when trying to water my lawn.

"getting stuck" going backwards and forwards for short distances. I took it to my pool shop and was told it was one month out of its 2 year warranty. However, Maytronics covered the repairs under warranty which was a pleasant surprise. I give the product 4 stars because when it's working it does a good job, and I appreciate that the repairs were covered by warranty even though technically they could have refused this. But it's not great that there were issues after only 2 years and 1 month.

into flotation devices. Before the machine will sink and do its job, you need to spend quite a while first "massaging" the rollers to get them to start soaking up water. Both drive belts snapped. The cord twists around itself in normal operation *very* quickly, and is very difficult to straighten out (hint - for goodness sake, buy a cordless model of whatever brand you get). The constantly twisted cord reduces the robot's operational range and at times threatens to pull the controller into the water. The connector housing where the cord goes into the body of the controller became loose very quickly, and with all the cord twisting, it eventually severed the electric wires completely, thus rendering the machine unusable. The carrier supplied by Robotek began rusting almost immediately. The climb function can't deal with curved steps, and would often get hung up at an awkward angle. The mapping function is poor, with the machine focussing on one half of the pool and largely ignoring the other half. The device can't handle leaves from palm trees and struggled with slightly larger leaves such as those from some magnolia trees nearby. At the end of the day, any labour time the device saves you is cancelled out by the the effort of managing this device and the fact I had to finish the job properly with the traditional pool vacuum/brush. Positives: the filter bags, though painful to install, picked up fine dirt and sand well, and are machine washable.

maintain. I've spent insignificant amount of chemicals compared to salt and chlorine pools. Even if it were the HARDEST and most expensive to maintain, I'd still buy it, because it's fresh water. I've drunk it. I'm about to install Enviroswim in another pool.

inefficient and was limited to only one water operation at time as the pressure drop was very noticeable, which made showers a coordinated event. We looked into updating to a smart variable style pump, similar to our recently updated pool pump. Found the Grundfos SCALA2 on line and it seemed impressive, and I was familiar with the brand from my construction experience. It was a easy install, modifying the previous pump pvc piping. The recommended flexible hoses where unobtainable from the general hardware so I just made sure the supported pvc outlet and inlet were not binding in anyway. I have noticed 25mm flex pipes are now available from Grundfus.

Its been over a month now and it's been great. The pressure is great, pump is quiet and variable control works as it should. We were hoping to be able to have both showers with full pressure operating at the same time, but the hot water temp reduces, a bit too much to ignore. Initially we were disappointed, but realised its not the pump its our hot water pipework, being too small, 15mm diameter copper running over 30m between showers at opposite ends of the house.

We are happy with pump and I would recommend this pump!

start" doesn't describe the easy start feature. The number of height settings is second to none. Most of all, is the auto throttle feature which is absolutely magnificent. The Honda Buffalo Buck HRU19M2 is the most Fabulistic Megestical and Magnificentic mower ever built. Plus, it has a wash deck feature. Connect the hose, start the engine and it is like a car wash underneath! OMG I love Mrs Robinson I really do! She purrs and I aint talking about my neighbours wife! But when she is wet it cuts magnificently (Am talking about the grass AND NOT MRS ROBINSON!) And for all those reasons is why I bought one. I knew the mower had won numerous awards like the 2025 Choice Award and it really deserves more awards and recommendations. I regularly visit my garage just to perve on her! Love the sleek design and the big black booty. Gets me going so much that I just want to pull her starter cord! I hope to live another 20 years just to push my beautiful Honda around my yard and I hope my neighbor's wife lives another 20 years so I can also continue to cut her grass.....grrrrr... WooHoo!

as it is out of the box it will not start. sent a detailed description of the issue, long wait, then they wanted video's. asked for conformation they had received and took a few days just to confirm they had and they had been sent to the "technician". after another week another email and claimed they have not heard from the "technician" im a month out from purchase still without a working generator. they have now said they are sending a courier to pick it up. will update as it happens - but as of now would recommend not touching with a 10 foot pole
