Dual control burners have two regulators inbuilt, want loads of heat turn the knob one way, want low heat to simmer turn the knob the other way.

This is by far the best cooktop I have ever used, the minimum flame is 5mm high and actually simmers! All burners have true simmer and when up high distribute heat evenly.

Great! Ignition works well. Great safety features - if flame goes out, gas cuts out, which is good if something boils over etc. Easy to clean, except for the tops (black part) of burners. Cast iron, so very sturdy.
