Completely over rated straightener and so expensive! Quality was awful and it burnt my hair. I cant recommend it at all. Customer service is horrible to deal with when the straightener breaks. Show details

Purchased July 2024. two weeks ago it just stopped working no previous issues with it and no accidents just completely went dead. Reached out to the company and surprise no longer under warranty. Waste of Money !!
