It's a pretty good little portable GPS I use for fishing and at work. It's good cos you can go do a trip then download all the trip information onto your computer at home to see where you've been. Clever!

Maybe if you have external power to it and the screen light on permanently then the visibility of the maps would dramatically improve. However, if you roving the countryside by foot then this just won't work. You may want to use this unit...

The service is crap in Australia. Unit when working was good, as with all these units the screen is very small. The 14 hrs battery life is a joke. Nuff said.
