months. The machine would not turn ON again. Exactly what other reviewers have reported. When contacting the Support email, they wanted proof of Amazon receipt. I provided it. They asked me to follow some instructions to see if issue would be resolved. I followed it and also recorded the process (see attached). Still not good enough. They said the warranty is over, and I told them the their battery is substandard. They offered $20 off on my next Renpho product. No way! Have already wasted $160.

interchangeable heads are a great feature, allowing for targeted muscle relief, and the rubber grip handle is comfortable to hold. The battery life is decent, lasting up to 4 hours on a full charge.

However, the build quality feels cheap, with the plastic casing lacking the premium feel you'd expect at this price. The motor is louder than advertised, which can be annoying during use. Most importantly, the percussion isn’t as powerful as I’d hoped, especially on higher settings, and it struggles to provide effective deep tissue relief. While it has its perks, the HoMedics Therapist Select Plus falls short in performance and durability, and I would recommend looking for other options if you're after a more powerful and quiet massage gun.

assist with getting my muscles to recover. To begin with, it was very good, for around ten times I used it, and I thought it did a good job. But, directly after that, the battery simply stopped working; it wouldn’t charge and, at this point, the kit is no use to me.

I got in touch with Therabody to tell them what had occurred, and was anticipating a solution, seeing as how much the item cost, but they wouldn’t accept any warranty request, since it had just passed its expiry date. I find this enormously annoying, especially considering the sum I gave for it. To have a piece of equipment of this quality fail, and then get no aid from the business, is particularly upsetting.

For a product of this cost, I had expected both the quality, and the support from the firm to be far better. The situation of being left with a broken item, and no help from the company, feels as though I’ve thrown my money away. Be careful if you’re thinking of investing in this – while the thing might do well at first, I can’t suggest it if the company won’t back its products when something goes incorrect.

Save your money.

under a 1 year warranty, they only give you an email address to communicate with which is silent. There are no other ways to communicate with them, which is very frustrating. What makes me suspicious is that while there are lots of glowing reviews on their website, there is no way to actually leave a review on it as a customer. It seems to be impossible to leave any google reviews either, and this is the only website I've found which seems to have genuine reviews, which unsurprisingly given my experience are overwhelmingly negative. If they spent more time on customer service rather than trying to surpress bad reviews, maybe their reviews wouldn't be so bad.

years and years ago ,I could only find a device called Wellbox that cost thousands and just couldn’t keep paying to go to the salon every week for courses of the other treatment ,so I gave up and hoped one day someone will make a cheaper version that willl provide simile results .Since then I resorted to silicone cupping on the legs to move toxins and rejuvenate the skin -this isn’t ideal ,it’s a sore process but works when I could be bothered doing . Then finally this product was released! Why there isn’t more hype around this I really don’t know? If u commit this will work for u .If only they could have made it stronger but I guess someone would go overboard with it (probably me getting over excited )This will improve tone and texture( just like the treatments I used to pay $100 for ) if u r are consistent .I love it ,it’s best at home investment I have now for fluid retention and massage of the lower body . I waited and waited and got it on sale from Chemist Warehouse. I took a chance because no store including Priceline has one unboxed so u can’t test them out so I held off til it was the lowest price around and bought it with blind hope .Best decision happy as . This brand has been releasing some great at home skin beauty devices,I have a few of them and have saved heaps . I’m impressed!

It Cost less – This is the same unit as the Lunix LX3 except for one thing.........the price. It makes sense if you're considering one of the two to go for this one… Read more

at roughly $100.00 less ,but I have noticed since my purchase they have increased the price which seems to happen all the time , so wait for the specials. All functions are the same, the layout is the same ............it's the same.

The vibration is a bit light and creates noise more than anything and the heat function falls into the same category as it's there if you want to use it, but few will feel the difference, I couldn't and it's mild at best and takes 8 minutes to get to the full heat which is roughly half the massage cycle and ah yes, once again the description is in conflict one saying it goes to 104 degrees F and another on the same page saying it goes to 120 degrees F. I guess you could say this is the case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing, excuse the pun.. There are 6 pressure setting and 6 mode setting, 2 vibration modes and one heat mode . The mode setting varies from full to either the wrist or the palm and fingers and I am still trying to figure out the difference between the 1 and 2 . What the machine actually does is a squeeze and release with air bag pressure, and you will be left with an imprint on your hand and wrists, I guess this is the way it increases circulation although it was suggested these are acupuncture points which I can't agree with as they are all over the hand , so I will stick with my "way to increasing circulation". For me intense 6 suits me fine and 1,2or 6 in the modes give me the best results. You will find you have to shift your hand around to get the right position, all hands are different and I found some positions uncomfortable so it's trial and error. Here we go again ,Built-in rechargeable, 2500mAh large capacity battery that can be charged with the included USB cable, type C, or is 2200mAh ? Seems to be a conflict in the description.

You gotta love the Chinese translations, makes you wonder though as to what you are actually getting.

It has an extended warranty which can be upped to 3 years for no cost. Strangely enough it was released for sale in November 2022 but does not appear on the company web site, or does it ? I say this because sometimes these pages are cached and haven't been updated or revised, I find this all the time in my searches on products .

All in all a good machine but could be better with some refinement.

tool. Because it is corded, you never have to worry about running out of power during a session. There are also plenty of helpful instructional videos on YouTube if you want to see how to use it effectively.

I also want to highlight that their customer service is exceptional. Last week, I had to return my unit after several months of use. Within hours of submitting a warranty claim, I was provided with a return label. A few days later, they sent me a brand-new replacement, which I received two days ago.

In my experience, you won't find anything in Australia that comes close to the Mini Thumper Pro. Most other options are battery-operated, which I personally avoid, and they don't have the power to penetrate deep into the tissue like this device does.

The only downside is that even a tool this powerful cannot completely loosen all the knots on my body, as they are quite persistent. However, it does loosen them enough to give you a fighting chance at managing them.

The Thumper Sport massager is a lightweight massager that weighs approximately 3 lbs. This Thumper massager is designed for home use, and it has a long, ergonomic handle so you can extend it down your back or massage other muscles.

The variable speed control dial lets you choose between 20 to 40 pulses per second Has a True Speed feedback system so it won’t stall out at low speed Interchangeable massage spheres offer a hard or soft custom massage Wipes clean with a damp cloth

Handheld massager for sports injuries – I purchased this handheld massager from Kmart for $79 in Canberra to help with a rotator cuff shoulder injury. This massaging unit is cordless but… Read more

needs to be charged before use. It comes with six different massaging heads which are easily attached. Of these however I only found the acupuncture massager (the spiky one) to be really useful. The other oddly shaped massage heads weren't very comfortable to use - and were quite baffling. (Because they were useless and quite frankly - alarming - I repurposed them into cat toys).

Nonetheless, you can alternatively use the massager without any of the massage heads attached. In this way, you can select the heating function to heat an injured muscle while applying pressure and massaging. You need to know that if you are using the heating function, you mustn't attach the massager heads as they can melt - although not instantaneously. (I accidentally did this once - without mishap). However, detach the massager heads before selecting the heat function.

There are three different mode functions: default - which gives a steady continuous vibration - button will be green colour. (I prefer this mode for shoulder massage or around delicate tissue).

Light blue colour will deliver on/off bursts of vibration - don't recommend - it's unsettling.

The instructions recommend that you don't use this unit for more than 15 minutes at a time without a 30 minute cool down session between use. You should also read all the safety recommendations around use and avoid using the massager anywhere near your heart.

This massager is great for improving blood circulation to muscle tissue and it delivers pain relief. The heating function is also very useful for sore muscles. This product is great for shoulder and back massage. You can also use it on legs and thighs for running injuries. Not great around bony areas - as it's a bit clunky. But for shoulder and leg and big muscle groups - it's pretty effective.

And, while the product offers a range of benefits, users might find that it requires some familiarisation (and experimentation) to fully optimise its features. Figuring out the best techniques and suitable heads for specific areas will take some initial experimentation.

All up though, the Anko CF-4908 Cordless Double-Head Massager is a versatile and efficient device that targets muscle fatigue and improves blood circulation. Its ergonomic design, combined with a set of interchangeable heads (only acupuncture one is useful though), offers users a personalised and comfortable massaging experience. Whether used for relaxation, post-workout recovery, or targeted stimulation, this massager delivers on its promise of relieving pain from minor sports injuries by relaxing the muscle tissue while improving blood circulation - all of which speeds recovery.

Main drawback with this product is it's a bit cumbersome and heavy to use. But otherwise for $79 it's good buy and it helped me fix a pesky shoulder overuse injury.

Well, a piece of trash has unfortunately come my way. Enough to force me to devote some time to writing this review. Just goes to show that spending… Read more

quite a bit extra doesn't necessarily get you a better product. Certainly doesn't with this product, and the after sales service is just as pathetic.

This thing has had very limited use over the past 10 or so months. It's awkward to use and looses its punch when you try to increase the pressure in the desired area so a bit useless unless you prefer a tickle rather than a massage.

Worst thing is that it developed a serious and potentially very dangerous fault. Following a recent top up charge I turned this bit of trash on at the on/off switch to check it was fully charged and found it would not turn off. I could power up the unit whilst it was still switched off. See link here: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Bzw0gbsZmTg

Now, there have been numerous fires caused by cheap and nasty electrical products fitted with lithium batteries, so this is a major concern.

One would think that this would be taken very seriously by the supplier; that the supplier would want to remove this device from the market and replace it immediately to prevent any potential mishap. Surprisingly, NOT SO!

Eventually after numerous prompts, and according to them, after discussing the matter with the management team in Canada (I feel so privileged :\ ) they decided to ask for my thoughts on a 50% discount off the purchase of a new one. My thoughts were to inform them they could stick this piece of trash where the sun don't shine.

In closing, if you are thinking about buying one of these - don't do it. Have a look on eBay or Amazon where you can find them at less than half the price.
