performance. However, it falls short when it comes to phone calls, especially outdoors, where it picks up a significant amount of background noise and makes conversations difficult. As a result, I have had to use a separate set of earbuds specifically for calls, which is very disappointing. Given the advertised call quality and noise-cancellation capabilities, I expected to be able to take work meetings outdoors without any issues, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
I am giving this product 2 stars because it did not meet the primary purpose for which I purchased it. While it excels for entertainment, its poor call performance is a major drawback for anyone who relies on earbuds for communication and remote meetings.

to its small size. But the problem is on the rubber coat, it starts moving after one year, and will never fit in the coat when it loose. Bose really need to use something else for the coat.

the earpieces come with three rubber ear buds and three rubber rings that help give a nice seat in the ear and help keep noise out. I lost two of these I. The first two weeks, when you pull the buds out the rings pull off and fall on the floor. As for how they work, I can’t understand them. I take them out of the case and put them in my ears, one or other won’t turn on. They turn themselves off for no reason and stay connected when I put them away so I have to disconnect them to use my phone. For the price I’d stick with my cheap ones!

to use earbuds that sit inside the ear canal, and glasses makes over the ear headphones uncomfortable.
Can honestly say buying these earbuds was a good decision. They are comfortable, so much so that I'd forgotten I was wearing them. The difference in sound between the Shokz and these is less depth of base sound, when casually listening to music or podcasts this has been hard to notice. Only realised it when charging the case and used my Shokz but the difference has not proven to be an issue.
Battery Life Shokz [8 hrs play time ~ 1 hr recharge] Bose [7 hrs play time ~ 1 hr recharge in case] Case recharge time is 3 hrs B.U.T. The Bose Ultra Open case recharges the earbuds 3 times making them far more user useful with less downtime for charging.
When wearing them they will let you know how much charge they have AND what they are connected to . . . i.e. My name's laptop, or S21fe [my mobile], or a no connected sound which is rather helpful.

Would I recommend them ~ absolutely, especially if you have a narrow ear canal. Bose get a bonus point for offering a variety of colours, love my pink ones.

heavily on them for managing loud social environments. The new pair stopped working within weeks of purchase! Only one side of the headphones connected to sound and activated noise-cancelling. For a premium product, this is so disappointing.
The customer service experience made things worse. Over two weeks, I spent hours on chat troubleshooting, even though I’m a long-time Bose customer familiar with their products. I didn’t receive the promised replacement postage label and had to chase it down after more wasted hours. Bose received my broken headphones four days ago, but still no sign of the replacement being sent. I contacted Bose again today to find out that the headphones may not be shipped for another two weeks!
This entire process has been frustrating and distressing. Bose used to be a brand I trusted, but after this experience, I no longer recommend them. I’m willing to pay for high-quality products and service, but sadly, Bose no longer delivers on either.
