Second pair. USB cord doesn’t seem to last – The headsets a great headset with very good sound quality with surround sound formats like DTS and Dolby digital. Build quality is quite good and so… Read more

is comfort. I’ve had more comfortable headsets (hyperclouds are my favourite) but they’re still good. My first set started having issues with the USB cord after a year or so. Bought a second pair a little while later and use the old pair as a headset for my Xbox but it looks like the second pair has had the cord go on it as well.

Entry Level Wired Gaming Headset – I paid $99 for these from Bing Lee, this was a competitive price at the time (25/01/22). Bought these to replace my Logitech G230 stereo wired… Read more

headset.

The Logitech G335 does not have a noise-cancelling microphone nor does it have stereo sound. The microphone is adjustable and foldable. This headset does not have lay-flat earpieces and I miss this when compared to my old G230 headset.

The headset is plug and play. They can be used for an Xbox, Playstation, Nintendo Switch, PCs/laptop and mobile devices and include a 3.5mm audio jack.

There is a conveniently located volume control/rollers on the ear cup, this works well and is practical.

The Logitech G335 has 40mm neodymium drivers just as the G230 had which does deliver a good sound range when listening to music or playing games. Same goes for when you’re using these to communicate with someone online or using a mobile device.

This headset is lightweight and weighs 240 grams. The headset includes a comfortable elastic strap that fits well and can be washed, it’s also reversible with different colours.

The ear cups are super comfortable using a mesh material that is breathable and fits firmly over your ears, they do not get hot.

Logitech offer a 2-year limited warranty, whatever this is supposed to mean…

Overall Opinion: They represent reasonable value, they’re well made and should last for at least five+ years given my G230 headset lasted this long but got broken by accident. I consider that Logitech could have done better and included stereo with these but in this price category there’s not many that offer genuine stereo though you could consider Corsair, Alienware, Sennheiser or Razer. I feel a little disappointed that in 2015 I bought the Logitech G230 headset for $50 from Umart and now it’s 2022 and I just paid $99 for a product lacking the same and/or better features although the build quality is excellent.

Cheap and not worth it I had to get a pair to get me through whilst changing jobs and getting a decent headset. Light weight, and quite comfortable… Read more

and battery does last a full day of use. Other than that, an absolute pain in the backside. It will stop working randomly, you sort out the settings and features again just for it to the do the same thing within a week. You'll get volume working but not the mic or vice versa, or you'll be able to get one program working with both but the moment you log into another everything behind the scenes deafens.

Every fix takes you through 18 steps and even if you do get it functioning for more than a week the mic is often tinny and has awful feedback.

Don't do it. For a logitech product it's extremely disappointing.

Microphone unusable but headphone was good – I wanted to get a headset for Microsoft Team meetings. Up until this point I was using earphones and the laptop mic but the earphones got… Read more

uncomfortable after a while.

The store only had the H151 as an entry level headset with one single connector. The sound from the headphones was a good improvement to the cheap earphones I had. However the microphone was too quiet and the microphone boom is definitely not flexible to get the mic closer to your mouth, even though the Logitech website has it as a flexible mic. I tested this on before Windows 10 Voice recorder and Microsoft Teams.

Luckily the store gave me a refund on the headset. Ironically I went to another store to get the cheaper Logitech H111 with flexible mic boom and this headset worked as expected. Headphones weren't as good as a H151 but decent enough to use on a call or casual music listening.

Fried my laptop sound card! – My daughter used this for approximately 8 months and was generally happy. One day she was using it for Zoom class during lockdown and error message… Read more

appeared that the USB device has malfunctioned and exceeded the power limits of the USB Hub. She restarted her PC and got the same message again. I plugged it into my USB docking station and got the same message but all devices plugged into the docking station all stopped functioning! Thank goodness it did not cause any of them to stop working. Unfortunately, my daughter had it plugged into the laptop directly. I tried other headsets and ports/jacks and no sound at all, not even the speakers. JB HiFi had no issues with giving me a replacement headset (Bought a Razer instead). I raised the issue with Logitech to ask for compensation to purchase a new PC. After taking 1 month to investigate, Logitech offered to pay for courier to send the faulty headset back to them for further investigation (after I have told them several times from the start that I have already given the faulty unit to JB HiFi). Logitech concluded since I already have a replacement unit, the case is closed.

I never had a device cause such bad damage to my laptop. So not only is Logitech device faulty, their customer service is even worse! We will never buy any Logitech devices again!
