Sydney, I spent almost 3hrs trying different chairs & working out what was going to work best for me with the help of the lovely lady in the store! I ended up paying in full there & then to order my chair, a couple of weeks later it arrived. My wife at first hated it as she doesn't like much pressure / pain but now she has worked out how to use it manually I'm struggling to get her out of it! Only the power and volume buttons on the device are useful, the others are a pain, and you can’t change the light coloured brightness without the app. The app is third party dodgey rubbish and regularly needs to be re set up and linked to my partners account. Considering this is just a very cheap Chinese product, I wouldn’t be confident that the white or pink noise are the correct frequencies. Would recommended purchasing a more reputable brand.

Doesn't matter where you spray it it's sticky and rank and didn't do anything! I got one hours sleep last night. I haven't tried the cream yet but will review that once I have tried it. we hadn’t tried the chair in person and we’re only relying on the information on the website and reviews from other buyers. We contacted Olympia through Facebook to ask some questions and they were quick to respond and helpful with our inquiries.

The only thing that could have been better was the delivery communication. The courier didn’t contact us beforehand to arrange for a suitable delivery date so we had to follow up ourselves to make sure someone would be home to receive it. However, this was more of an issue with the courier so we can’t really fault Olympia for that.

As for the massage chair, my wife and I absolutely love it! It’s better than we expected. There are different auto programs and manual settings so we can choose the type of massage we prefer depending on what we need. The Bliss xo features are exactly what we’re looking for!

Working in a hospital and spending long hours on our feet can be tiring so having this chair at home is such a treat. It helps us relax after a long day. It’s also easy to use and the massage feels great!

Overall, we’re very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend the Olympia Bliss XO to anyone looking for a massage chair!

I really love it, i vary the lights but seem to have it religiously on volume 2. And the oils are all so beautiful and comforting albeit a luxury to have to repurchase. I have multiple sclerosis and have been in a wheelchair for the last 6 years and was hoping that this would help me. product about a month ago and have been using it daily by spraying it onto the soles of their feet and down their legs before bedtime. Our children are all very tall and have suffered quite a bit over the years with growing pains. We have found the magnesium oil has really helped to ease their pains, especially when they are going to sleep at night. They seem to be more relaxed and are falling asleep quicker than they usually do. We have found it to be really beneficial and will continue to be using it in the future.
