dodgy work. The insurance company should have quality contractors doing the work. Not finding the cheapest qoute ,with tradesman that dont care about providing good service. With the cost of living crisis it have been hard to keeping working long hours to pay extra money that the insurance should have covered. And then getting ripped off by Westpac Insurance that didnt manager the project propley. BE WARE !! Wespac Insurance don't mine taking your money each month But when you make a claim. You know how good they are. NEVER AGAIN. With all the negative review's you would think they would try and rectify policy's and procedures. Keeping paying customers happy would generate higher revenue. Being paying house insurance for year s. Never dealed with such unprofessional people. Waited 6 months before any work was done. So many phone calls and emails to communicate with them to come and fixes there shoddy work. Had a house we were proud off and we renovated it with good tradesman and now its taking year to bring it back up to were it was.
