recommended to me by a friend I decided to get a quote and apart from a great price I found their service was second to none. Alice , Kingsley and Pauline were fantastic in the admin area and did not miss a beat pleasant , courteous and expedient. Pauline was very sensitive to my request for an early install (as winter without heat was unbearable ) and to my surprise she was able to get the installation done within three days !!!

On the fitting side, Kenny and his young apprentice were equally pleasant and dynamic. They came, drilled holes , laid pipes etc whilst minimising mess . After the install, they cleaned up after themselves , tested the equipment and were out on their way to their next job. I have had 4 Brontë series fitted by NCG to date and I am very satisfied with their service and reliability of the units. I will continue to recommend both NCG and Mitsubishi heavy industries. Great job guys keep breaking those barriers! Thank you Con and family

pointed out by another reviewer here it is the nosiest a/c I have ever experienced. When it just ticks along it is quiet but when it needs to do an operation the noise is just ridiculous. How could MHI not notice the louvre motors and high speed fan noise is pretty strange. Also no backlit remote control, even a cheap TCL has this and more. So disappointed with this purchase. Another reviewer mentioned a newer motherboard addresses some of this so I might contact MHI. I am about o buy another 6kW ac for another room but it might be Mitsubishi electric this time and seems to be the one to get.

Purchased from Hitech Hot Water, Ray in sales department was very accommodating and professional from quoting stage to after installation, Ray was prompt and always followed up on any enquiries, other departments lacked in communication as we had to reschedule several installations appointments at short notice, room for improvement. even after being repaired. Magimix refused my refund and kept pushing a replacement, even though I had completely lost confidence in the machine.

NSW Fair Trading tried contacting them between 28 July and 11 August, and Magimix didn’t respond to them either.

They finally approved my refund on 31 August, but I’m still waiting for them to collect the machine and actually give me my money back.

The whole process has been exhausting, dishonest and incredibly disrespectful. From my experience, this company does not respect Australian consumer protections or even respond to Australian regulatory bodies.

I absolutely do not recommend Magimix. Stay away from this company.

frozen and the fridge items cold to cool when set at around -7deg.C. It pulls minimal power and is very quiet. We've used it for a number of days on the road and whilst camping. I also use it as a spare freezer for dog food at home just to keep it running. The simple design is one of indestructibility and longevity. It's so simple it's pure genius.

couple of years of use, the plastic is discoloured and so is the base - I hate to think of the micro plastic I have ingested. I went looking for a glass blender, and there are other cheaper ones, but this is built like a tank, and NO plastic comes into contact with food - all stainless and glass. Its powerful and smart - set it to smoothie and it knows how hard and how long to blend my multi veggie smoothie. It also comes apart so I assume if the blades wear out or get damaged a replacement one can be ordered. Just love it !!

mobility issues it has been liberating to have something that I can easily use, empty and clean.

The vacuum works well on carpet and tiles. The battery lasts around 40 minu, enough for the whole 4 bedroom house on min setting. It runs for 15min on max setting when deep cleaning is required. It takes about 3 hours to fully charge from flat and the range of attachments are very useful and easy to swap.

Emptying the barrel is easy. You detach from the stick portion, hold the base of the dust holding cannister over the bin and pull up the red part that has the dust bin icon (see photo below). To remove fine dust - push down and pull up the release lever several times and this is enough to remove most of what has been collected by this amazingly well designed stick vacuum.

The head of the long vacuum is really versatile and multi directional. It fits sideways into spaces I have not been able to vacuum in the past. It's ability to go horizontal means you can get under low spaces like beds with ease.

Fantastic, sorry I waited so long to buy one and got it on special at Good Guys.

Customer service were responsive and friendly, but they confirmed the fault is with the unit itself, and that other customers have had similar issues. Their solution: buy a replacement unit.

I asked whether they would extend the warranty, given my concern about this happening again. The short answer was no. The long answer was that I could get an extended warranty if I bought another full kit....?? This kit cost me $800NZD That works out to roughly $100 per shower. Wow!

Buyers beware. For the price, I expected this to last a lot longer than 10 uses.

The cleaning of the hot water dispenser was quite difficult to follow, especially as the pictures of the machine were of a different model.

points: I love the retracting cord, power levels are good for such a small machine, it cleans well, it's lasted well without falling apart or breaking, and it's easy to store because it is small. For a smaller, older woman, it's a good size. Not-so-good points: it's not as easy to move around the house as I'd hoped - it bangs into furniture and walls; I don't find it easy to get under furniture like a settee. But on the whole I think it was a good buy and would recommend.

Turns out it’s called a blender. Apparently it's not for storing office supplies?? It's for turning solid things into snack soup. Which is honestly insane if you think about it. I’ve since blended: • Ice (it yelled) • A shoe (not recommended) • Some strawberries (very good) • A spoon (it lost) Also, I forgot to put the lid on once and it decorated my entire kitchen in blueberry. My wall now looks like a smoothie crime scene. Anyway, I use it every day now. I’ve had six smoothies, one milkshake, and an accidental gazpacho. My teeth are getting a break and I feel powerful. Best reliable machines there are. !! Built to last. Buy one and you will have it for at least 25 - 30 years. These are the only ones that you will see in commercial laundries and caravan Parks. Buy one, you will love it.

This is my second Froothie Blender. The first lasted 12 years. So happy I went with them again. It makes blending so simple and I use it every day. Very Happy Customer!
