recommended to me by a friend I decided to get a quote and apart from a great price I found their service was second to none. Alice , Kingsley and Pauline were fantastic in the admin area and did not miss a beat pleasant , courteous and expedient. Pauline was very sensitive to my request for an early install (as winter without heat was unbearable ) and to my surprise she was able to get the installation done within three days !!!

On the fitting side, Kenny and his young apprentice were equally pleasant and dynamic. They came, drilled holes , laid pipes etc whilst minimising mess . After the install, they cleaned up after themselves , tested the equipment and were out on their way to their next job. I have had 4 Brontë series fitted by NCG to date and I am very satisfied with their service and reliability of the units. I will continue to recommend both NCG and Mitsubishi heavy industries. Great job guys keep breaking those barriers! Thank you Con and family

pointed out by another reviewer here it is the nosiest a/c I have ever experienced. When it just ticks along it is quiet but when it needs to do an operation the noise is just ridiculous. How could MHI not notice the louvre motors and high speed fan noise is pretty strange. Also no backlit remote control, even a cheap TCL has this and more. So disappointed with this purchase. Another reviewer mentioned a newer motherboard addresses some of this so I might contact MHI. I am about o buy another 6kW ac for another room but it might be Mitsubishi electric this time and seems to be the one to get.

grating disks regularly and alongside the dicing kit get the most use in my kitchen.

I make butter with it often and in general? It’s not cheap, but it’s also exceptional quality.

Initially I was skeptical of the multi bowl system, but it’s turned out to be really handy, and something that I’ve used particularly when I’m making salads or multi step dishes like lasagne.

The Dicing kit is great for preparing a mirepoix, and I’ve also used it to make veggie sticks for a platter.

My partner who was initially skeptical of my need for “another kitchen gadget” has changed his view

We replaced a 20-year-old gas storage hot water unit that had started leaking at the pressure valve, with the Haier Monoblock 330L. For a household… Read more

of 5 with morning-only, staggered bathing, the 330L capacity has been more than sufficient so far — no issues with hot water availability. The unit itself is genuinely quiet in daily use — noticeably less intrusive than I expected given it sits close to the house. Installation was straightforward, using the existing plumbing location with no major modifications needed. We've set it to run on a daytime-only schedule (off overnight) given our morning usage pattern, which has worked well. The SmartHQ WiFi app has turned out to be genuinely useful, not just a gimmick. Being able to switch to Vacation mode remotely before a trip — rather than needing to physically get to the unit beforehand or leave it running unnecessarily while the house is empty — is a small but handy feature we didn't fully appreciate until we actually used it. The warranty coverage is a strong point — 7 years on the tank, 5 years on parts and labour for other components — genuinely reassuring compared to some competitors we researched with shorter labour cover. It's early days for us in terms of long-term reliability, but the initial experience — performance, quietness, ease of use, and the app control — has been very positive. Would recommend for a family-sized household looking to move off gas.

even after being repaired. Magimix refused my refund and kept pushing a replacement, even though I had completely lost confidence in the machine.

NSW Fair Trading tried contacting them between 28 July and 11 August, and Magimix didn’t respond to them either.

They finally approved my refund on 31 August, but I’m still waiting for them to collect the machine and actually give me my money back.

The whole process has been exhausting, dishonest and incredibly disrespectful. From my experience, this company does not respect Australian consumer protections or even respond to Australian regulatory bodies.

I absolutely do not recommend Magimix. Stay away from this company.

to change over parts (don't underestimate the benefit of easily replacing accessories), and best of all? It actually picks up the crap from the floor!! I have small children who make an absolute mess of the floor during meal time, and the Hizero doesn't even break a sweat. It picks it all up. Don't fall for the self-cleaning mop marketing that I did - nothing comes close to the workhorse that is the Hizero. I will carry this machine out of a fire, it is the best thing since sliced bread.

Additionally, the customer service is second to none. I accidentally ordered a part that wouldn't fit my Hizero version, and some angel at Hizero checked the order against my purchase history, and reached out to see if I wanted to update the order. I have never encountered that sort of service and it speaks volumes of the company.

It is the best purchase I have ever made. You won't regret it.

ranked among the quietest ones, but it's still "loud-ish". It's not unbearable loud like the Ninja blender or some others, but it will certainly be the loudest kitchen device you own. My main gripe is that the Magimix is advertised as that you can turn it on and walk away. You can only do that when using the glass container. For the plastic containers, you have to physically hold them down while it's mixing. To me, you can't call this blender as "hands free", or at least Magimix should have advertised that it's not hands free when using the plastic cups. This might not be a big deal to some people, but this is one of the reasons I purchased this blender, so it's a small inconvenience in my opinion.

Here is a video of me using this Magimix to blend a smoothie milkshake using a plastic cup. You can also sense how loud it is too. Overall, this blender does a great job at blending smoothies (haven't tried blending anything else), but as mentioned above, it is not totally "hands free" and while quieter than many blenders on the market, it is still loud, but reasonably bearable.

As with the Ausclimate medium 20L dehumidifier, the instruction manual for the large 35L Smart dehumidifier is poorly written and has conflicting… Read more

information. It tells you not to use the unit to dry clothes but has a ‘tshirt’ icon on it. It comes with a pre-set humidity level of 50%, which I found annoying as you need to click through up to 80% before it starts back at 30% (I run it to drop the humidity to 40%). Probably the worst thing about this unit is that the cord is so much shorter than the one for the 20L unit – there is literally only 2 power points in my house where I can use it and be compliant with the operating instructions of keeping it at least 1 metre from all objects (front and rear). It also only comes in one colour, black, while my other dehumidifier is white. Other than those annoyances, it does what it is supposed to do, remove moisture from the air.

biggest concerns before buying was how easy it would be to clean. I definitely didn’t want to spend 15 minutes cleaning a juicer every time I used it. I’m really happy to say that cleanup is super easy and it takes me about 1–2 minutes at most.

The only downside is that the chute is a little small. I’d love to be able to put a whole carrot in without having to cut it down first. That’s probably the biggest negative for me, but it’s definitely not a deal breaker.

Overall, for the price, ease of use and incredibly quick cleanup, I’m very happy with it.

it was but hard as i have another same top of the line bronze vacuum cleaner bought from harvey norman cord pull easily. I didnt take it seriously the cord pull tight forast 8yrs till last week the cord rectractor not holding the cord and it immediately pull back inside and pull from power cable when vscuum. When i call miele repairer center at eastern creek they said labour plus part cost $240. As im a loyal miele customer since 2015 has 2 x miele top of line washer, 3 x miele vacuum including this, miele dishwasher, miele 90cm cooktop and miele 90cm.oven all i spent over 20k aud$.

Miele customer advocate first said get assessment report and then see replacement or discount for new one then when i mentioned miele centre quated me $240 for replacement and realign cord rectractor they said for the age of vacuum they csnt reemburse any money currently miele has promoton up to 350$ off rrp for vacuum and cqnt do much.

I emailed customer advocate as a loyal customer atleast share half price of repair cord rectractor share $120 and i pay $120 or 50% of new miele but no response.

I understand the vacuum is 8yrs old and motor works but with the broken cord retrsctor it useless and can get cheap electrolux for under 200$.

I think miele should have share repair cost. Not sure i overseen the cord tight rrqind from brand new made this and i feel should have repair or replace with brand new when it waa new.

Turns out it’s called a blender. Apparently it's not for storing office supplies?? It's for turning solid things into snack soup. Which is honestly insane if you think about it. I’ve since blended: • Ice (it yelled) • A shoe (not recommended) • Some strawberries (very good) • A spoon (it lost) Also, I forgot to put the lid on once and it decorated my entire kitchen in blueberry. My wall now looks like a smoothie crime scene. Anyway, I use it every day now. I’ve had six smoothies, one milkshake, and an accidental gazpacho. My teeth are getting a break and I feel powerful. Would give 6 stars if it had a mute button.

They simply asked for photos & video, identified the problem, sent a replacement blade assembly & tool (at no cost to me), and provided a video tutorial to help me with its removal & reinstallation. I’m so grateful to Froothie. I will always look to them first for any future purchases.
