you hand your money over you are not recognised. The nice smiles you had before giving them your cash turns into one of rudeness. They don't care a bit. Ordered my side table and dining table from the Croydon office. Distinctly told them I wanted to ship them overseas. They called and advised me the furniture was in the warehouse and asked me to pay the balance. After handing over my money I was told the furniture was not in the UK as yet. Went into the Croydon office 2 weeks later and told it was expected the following day. Called 2 days later and furniture still not arrived in the UK. Apparently it is finally here after such lies. Had a text message to ask if Thursday was okay for delivery. Replied yes but never heard from them again. Today I actually called the Croydon store and spoke to a lady who sounds very much like the new employee. She was literally rude. I explained to her that I got a text message but did not receive the required information relating to the delivery. Literally told it was between myself and the delivery company. Would NEVER recommend this furniture store. Management needs to do some customer services training with their staff. They are over friendly and need to be professional. It would be nice if they were just truthful to their customers and advise when the furniture really is in the UK>

Pool Supplies. So I rang him to see if I could purchase the left side directional control seprately. Craig informed me they were available for about $69 but then checked my file and saw that I had purchased the tune up kit within the last 12 months so informed me it was still under warranty and informed me that he would contact Zodiac and arrange for a new controller to be sent to me ASAP. He could have easily sold me a new unit but he went the extra mile which I reckon is absolutely fantastic. Too be honest I think Craigs smart because I wouldnt buy my pool equipment anywhere else !!!!!!

terrible print and cheap-looking and honestly gross in person. The listing photos are heavily edited and extremely misleading.
Customer service was just as bad. No real help offered, slow responses, and they hide behind a generic return policy even when the product is clearly not as described.
Be very careful ordering rugs online from them. What arrived looked like a completely different product. Terrible quality, terrible service, and a very frustrating experience overall. Tried to get some customer service and return the NEW product, it's so bad they don't even want it back haha. Now i have to go the long route of a bank dispute and lodge a complaint with the ACCC. their trust pilot is plagued with 1 star reviews. Pretty bad marketing strategy, instead of helping customers, they refuse. customers share their real experience and they lose thousands of dollars due to poor service and poor products.

and very quick to blame the customer for not using the tools properly. I purchased a Husqvarna Chainsaw that I used only once for 10 mins to test it and it seemed to have worked all right and at the time of purchase it was topped with fuel & bar & chain oil by the store I bought it from. Next time when I used it, a month later, it still had fuel and lubricating oil in it but I topped up and made sure it was all filled in to the max limit. When I tried to start the chainsaw, after multiple times of pulling up the chord, it failed to start. I thought it's better to return it as it's still under warranty. The chainsaw got taken to the total tools store in Coopers plains and one of the concerned person at the store informed my friend who was returning it on my behalf that, no 2T oil has been mixed into the fuel and that's the reason why it's not working but it needs to be sent to their repairers for further assessment. Product was bought just couple of days over 1 month at the time of return. Got the call within 2 weeks from the store mentioning that the chainsaw has been assessed and the repairers believe that there was no petrol in it when someone tried to use it but problem has been rectified by the repairers and as a result of that I have to pay $140 as the repair charge. Now, first of all I've been using the power tools for last 15 years, so I do know the basics about them. Secondly, the company has just got a bad attitude of not willing to listen and straightaway put the blame on me for not using it properly, which wasn't the case. It's just $140 which I would've been happy to pay if I was at fault but it's matter of principle now and I've refused to pay them the money and told them they can keep the faulty chainsaw which is still under warranty. I'll raise the issue further and don't mind loosing what I've paid for buying the chainsaw but never again will I buy anything from Total tools with the sort of poor experience I've had with the mob so far. I've mentioned them to send me the details and pictures taken by the assessor and repairers that I'm still waiting for to take the matter further. Shall get the updates posted. I've dealt with a lot of different stores over the years, never had issues with anyone of them so far but Total tools ( Coopers Plains).....big no no.

oven that too was faulty Everytime I had to get out an electrician at my cost the sauna became a very expensive addition. The second oven didnt work either many many emails later we demanded a refund equavalent to buying a new sauna oven which we purchased from a reputable sauna oven supplier. It works… but the saga didnt stop there one night a month ago my husband was in sauna snd the light in the sauna the Luxo living sauna literally exploded cm’s from his head and burnt the back of the sauna. We immediately reached out to LL and again got an electrian in to assess the product is inferior and unsafe. Our whole house could have gone up in flames especially as the sauna is wood. It took LL 3 weeks to respond despite our multiple emails tried calling no answer. Finally last week we got a return email offering to replace the light….. seriously we dont want a replacement light it burnt out flames came from the light our sauna is damaged my husband had a near miss. Dont they realise how serious this is. No we dont want a replacement light LL take this matter seriously your product is unsafe
