Called to cancel my plan and the Indian lady I had on the phone didn’t do that then when I was charged again I called up to fix the issue and they said there was no history of the call so I was rightfully charged another $200

powerboard had recently been upgraded with all new safety fuses and the wireless monitoring. I received a message as follows: the technician requires a Certificate of compliance for Electrical Work (CCEW) to be able to reconnect power. This is usually because the power has been off for greater than 12 months or the technician has deemed the property unsafe for re-connection. You will need to contact a registered electrician to conduct an onsite safety.
The power was connected to the home but with a different company and had all been upgraded 12months ago when new air conditioning was installed. I rang Origin, the customer rep really did not care so I cancelled the request for transfer all because someone was too lazy to check it for themselves, absolutely disgusted with the lack of service from them.

accidentally dug a hole and stabbed a cable; Launtel had the nbn guys out fixing things and even laid new cable ready for the next upgrade in 12 months, this was all done within a couple of days. My internet has gone out only a few times in 3 years and it's been my fault or the weather each time. But Launtel had me fixed and streaming my tv again within minutes. Now I have the latest nbn upgrades all organised by Launtel. Love these guys! I could even pay daily if i wanted too! and Pause it if i go on a long holiday which saves me money.

monthly electricity bill as created by Glowbird) is $230.00 for ONE MONTH!! I am also apparently using (just under) 17kw a day!!! (This has jumped from 4 to 7kw a day, as on the previous bill) This equates to power consumption for a household of 14-17 PERSONS!!! (I live alone with my cats, in a small, two bedroom cottage) And yes, before you ask, I did contact Glowbird to ask for an explanation (by email as they are impossible to get a hold of, as I was 124th in the PHONE QUEUE) (I kid you not) THIS IS ISSUE WITH THIS PARTICULAR ELECTRICITY PROVIDER) and I was given the following reasons (via email)
a) excessive lifestyle related, electricity consumption (go figure?) b) have you checked that we are charging the correct NMI meter (what the?) c) Emailed me a convoluted mess of an excel spreadsheet, that apparently shows in detail, that I am some kind of energy consuming vampire.........
Funnily enough no mention was made by Glowbird, of the ridiculously high, daily consumption charges and shoulder charges and other fees, that are added onto my account.......
To cut a long story short, I have now changed over to another provider (again...........until they get greedy and i have to move on..........again)
Be very wary of this particular company. Impossible to get a hold of on the phone and take up to three days to respond to a simple email request.
I have attached my latest bill, for confirmation.

repeatedly chase updates instead of being kept informed. I was also charged before my internet service was actually working, which I don't think is acceptable. I was especially disappointed with the technical support. Some of the advice I received seemed inaccurate. For example, one representative told me that my internet would still work even if the DSL light on the modem wasn't on. Advice like this made me question the level of technical knowledge and only added to the confusion. While some staff were polite and genuinely tried to help, the overall experience has been frustrating. I hope Dodo improves both its technical training and customer communication so others don't have to go through the same experience.

days. Discontinued service on 9th of the month and upon asked for refund for entire month, given the excuse of terms-condition signed that the charge shall be applicable for entire month and no refund.
When compared to other internet plans in the market, really found that these guys anyway charged you more even for 20 MBPS plan compare to the market, whereas other companies gives you at least 25-50 mbps in the same price.

We had been a customer for many years and were repeatedly advised that our service was on a month-to-month basis. This was also reflected in email communications. However, when the contract was issued, it turned out to be a fixed-term agreement. Unfortunately, my staff signed the contract without carefully reviewing it because we trusted Addy, who was our main point of contact at Trikon and the primary reason we remained with the company.
Last year, when we attempted to cancel the service because of very poor service from the provider, we were informed that we were locked into a contract and would be required to pay 11 months' worth of early termination fees. When I contacted Addy, he advised that he had instructed his team to place us on a month-to-month arrangement, but the contract had instead been prepared as a fixed-term agreement.
Now that the contract term has finally ended and we wish to leave, we have been told that we must pay an administration fee for cancellation, as well as modem charges, despite being a long-term customer. What is even more concerning is that while the contract states that an administration fee may apply, it does not clearly specify the amount.
It is unreasonable to impose undefined charges under the guise of administration costs. Due to these issues, I intend to escalate the matter to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO).
Based on my experience, I would advise others to avoid this business at any cost.

date I got great support not now. It’s apparently ok to expect customers to wait a week with an outage to get a call from offshore without a true understanding of the issue at hand.
