fat in a batch and it copes with this well. Minor niggles are: - It is very noisy - The input hopper is way too small for this machine. - You need to sit it on a few books to get the output high enough above the bench to be able to use a large bowl to collect the mince.

My favourite knife's edge was very burred. The Kleva Sharpener took 90% of them off the first use. There are still a few there, but I'm confident with more sharpening they will be gone. Show details

Love this pan as I also have the bigger version which is still going strong. Nothing sticks and so easy to clean - top quality. Added bonus that I got it at a great discounted price and ordering/delivery was simple.

They all have consistent quality so you know exactly how they will perform. The non-stick coating is far better than any other brands. Literally nothing sticks to it. Don't even need any scrubbing power when cleaning. Just rinse and wipe and everything is gone. And just to test my laziness to the next level, I have also washed it in the dish washer numerous times and it is completely unaffected.

The size of this wok is slightly smaller than the traditional wok but is suitable for a family of 3-4 people.

I have been quite careful in using the pan, only hand-washing an only using 'non-stick-safe' scourers when using scourers at all.e Good points: the handle remains cool while cooking; the product weight is fine and it is easy to manage. I really love my flat stacks and have purchased multiple sets for my children and for different needs that I have. I do tend to get stolen if you're not careful taking them to work because they're so awesome that everybody wants them

chip if mistreated. I use the Lansky sharpening system at 20° once a year and they retain a good edge with only an occasional honing with a steel. Of course they've never seen the inside of a dishwasher :-)

asked of it. It's incredibly versatile, easy to use, and is now practically non-stick. The seasoning you see in my photos has come purely from cooking. I haven't done any special seasoning sessions beyond what it arrived with from the factory. The pan has simply improved with every cook.

Cleaning couldn't be easier. I just add a little water, give it a quick scrub with a sponge, dry it on the stovetop for a couple of minutes, and it's ready for the next meal. I've never needed soap.

It produces the best crust I've ever achieved on steaks, but it's equally impressive for delicate cooking. I cook scrambled eggs in it almost every day on low heat. The key is simply allowing the pan to fully heat through for a few minutes, even when cooking at low temperatures. Add a small knob of butter and the eggs glide around effortlessly.

What impressed me most was how easy the learning curve was. From the very first cook, there were no dramas, no sticking disasters, no rust issues, and no frustrations. Even my partner had a go with it and immediately liked it.

The size is perfect, the build quality is exceptional, and there's something genuinely satisfying about cooking on a pan that's built to last. I love the thought that I'll still be using this pan in 20, 30, 40 or even 50 years' time.

I also own some of Solidteknics' stainless steel cookware, which I love as well, but this AUS-ION pan has quickly become my daily driver. It's one of those rare purchases that genuinely exceeds expectations.

a week's worth of perfectly portioned meals ready to go. Pops out of the silicone with no fight, no chiseling, no swearing under my breath. Used it for muffins too which I didn't expect, and they came out clean. Stacks neatly so it doesn't take over the freezer either. Honestly one of those bits of kit that just quietly makes everything easier. Top buy.

is good. But mine, the red dot centre never changes colour no matter how hot the pan is. I thought it was supposed to get redder! Mine does nothing. I also hear noises almost like cracking sounds which freaks me out at times as the cooktop is ceramic and I think its coming from that and breaking. Its the pan making expansion noises as it heats. I wish it didn't do that. Mine arrived also with a loose handle which for what it cost me was poor having to get a screw driver and tighten it. The other annoyance is you have to sit it a certain way after washing it so water drains out of the handle area. I found this out after the first wash and a day later noticed water from it on the cooktop when it started heating. These are not in my opinion as good as they are made out to be. I wouldn't buy another of these. First and last. An update one month on. Iv dropped the star rating to 2. I only use this to make small omelettes and scrambled eggs. This thing is developing scratches all over the supposed scratch resistant surface. I have a Mint frypan from Woolworths thats tripple the size of this, has cooked chops with bones and everything imaginable. It cost just $30 and has been used ten times as much as this Tefal! easy to clean and although a have a kitchen FULL of ‘Bells and Whistles’ this is always my first go to. A must for all kitchens. It is extremely sharp so I never use it without the safety food holder, you WILL cut yourself if you don’t. If you haven’t got one, go and get one, you’ll love it!
