believe how well it worked. Yes the pain returns especially with heavy lifting or manual labour, but just use it again and it reduces it to minimal! The massage and physio did not even relieve it to 75% of the pain, the visit vibrating massager relieved it down to 10%!!! Amazing product -for me at least!

is pathetic. It is almost as if they find it amusing. The rollers have ripped the back cover and the PU material is breaking down. The rollers are held together with a spring washer no way of re-assembling it when it falls apart as it has. Expect $1000 repair bill minimum. They will not even have the spare part sent to a location near me stating I would have to go and pick it up two hours away.

Many many emails and many many phone calls and they literally don’t care !

I have reported them to fair trading Australia! They expect you to keep paying for a chair you can’t use and they don’t put your repayments on hold while you wait for a technician to come out which can take weeks or months or while you’re still paying for the Chair! This business honestly feels like just a scam!!! Why else would you run a business like this with such poor poor customer service and horrible after sales service where they just don’t help you or if they do it can take months and months!!

Second time around chair got replaced FINALY and then problems with that chair now too pretty much straight away and again many emails and phone calls and still nothing happening. Only got a phone call back from a manager after I reported them to fair trading. Manager actually said this to me, we can help you if you take the review down!!

One of his staff denied he said this to me a few days later but I was in direct contact with that manager shortly after this and he never said anything about not saying that at all!!

Record conversations with companies to cover your bum because all good faith with this company is out the door!!

have used it for the last 5 days and everything that is advertised is accurate, the unit turns itself off after 30 minutes and leaves your legs and feet buzzing. My legs & feet feel light as though i have had a really good massage, the machine is not noisy (which was probably the reason i hesitated buying it). The only thing i can't attest to is the longevity of the machine. I love it and have definitely recommended it to my friends and family.

The chair has V - Hand Technology, the rollers roll along your neck & shoulder contour which helps relief tight neck and shoulders. It also rolls all the way down to the hip and butt. It is so comfortable, a lot of friends and family have fell asleep during the massage.

The control panel is concealed which is a good design.

the money for parts which should be obviously covered under warranty, the customer service person is so rude arrogant, they have zero customer service values, I had recommended people in the past to buy the chair but little I knew that I would be struggling to get a minor warranty issue sorted.
