cheap ,it is flat, thin and uncomfortable. Definitely not anything close to a plush mattress. Don’t believe all the 5 star ratings you see, as I went by this in making my choice to purchase. But then couldn’t write a review for this on the freedom site which leads me to believe even more that the reviews are all fake.I think a $200 mattress would have been better. Freedom do not offer refunds, only exchange for another the same price or less, which I saw no point in swapping a bad mattress for a possibly worse one. I purchased a few foam mattress toppers to put on top so there went even more money. Bad product, even a sales person at the store agreed that freedom brand mattresses aren’t any good.
