product greatly relieves that pain to the point where I can walk longer distances, at least half a kilometre and banck, with my cane. Arnicaeze is also good to use at bedtime. Instead of foot pain waking me, as with other topicals I've used, I can sleep right through. I'm now using this product on other arthritic joints with good results. Sore muscles also respond well. Bonuses are it's Australian owned, made in Australia, has almost no odour, and isn't greasy. I have sensitive skin, but this product doesn't irritate me. it's a glucose tablet is not stated on the packaging as far as I can see. Surely putting sugars in sleeping tablets is counter productive.
