location of the QI coil on the Nokia. Not sure why this car doesn't line up as the charge feature works in other Hyundai's fine! Features included IP68 (Dustproof and Waterproof) However using the phone in the rain to take a call and press the buttons on screen made the phone fail the next day. Sent in for repairs but yet to see the phone back. Has lots of features as the cheaper phones used to have such as 3.5mm headphone jack, compass and extra strong sceen glass. I await the repaired phone!

sometimes unable to focus. And I only bought the 8 cause I couldn't get a much needed app for my Windows phone which was far ahead of the Andoid and I-diots The G60 was purchased for less than what I'd paid for the N-8 3 years prior so win already. Over the more than a year only once had an issue that I solved through the Nokia forum. I work in agriculture and am happy to have a fairly sturdy and reliable phone that dares to be different from the I-Sam crowds. I need to make clear pics or videos to send straight away across the globe for verification, it does that, I need updates on docs, download manuals etc and able to read them whilst sitting on a tractor in a dirty environment it does that and when I step in the Ute and a call comes in I can answer it without knowing in which pocket my phone is... And be entertained at lunch time on YouTube...brilliant all I need. If I forget to charge it at night it still works in the morning. And no idiot can straight away work my phone cause it's not an Iphone... Advertised price after a year for a new G60 now is more or less the same as when I bought mine so I'd say I've done well.

has a differant screen and is hard to get back to the phone call screen, turning it off then back on dose the trick. The online store I purchased it from states I am not using it correctly, I have had many of friends look at my phone and try to sort out issues but was told its faulty. Purchased another same phone from same store and it has much the same faults built in to it. Went online and it seems that this phone is prone to lots of faults out of the box. The on line store I purchased the 2 phones from has stopped selling this phone.

it every time to fix the problem. And every time I restart my device, the touch screen becomes very slow and almost unusable. I don't expect gaming to be smooth, or it's not smooth to begin with, but sometimes when using apps it lags a lot. The speaker itself is also very soft and recently I can't hear my bluetooth earphones through this phone's bluetooth connection. I have no doubt that this is the worst phone I have ever used and I don't trust Nokia anymore.

good in my pocket and when using with two hands, but I found the slide down face to get in the way of typing a text with one hand.

The available apps such as E-mail and Google Maps work very well and are easy to navigate without a touch screen.

One issue I had was when I downloaded Facebook I was told I needed to update the phone's OS. But when I tried to update the phone it said it was already up to date. This seems to be an issue widely reported online. To get around this I used the web browser.

Worth noting is that the phone can not multitask. I was on the phone with a bank and they sent me a text message with a code. When I tried to open the text it hung up the phone call.

I spent less than a week with the phone and realised it wasn't for me as I primarily use Facebook Messenger to contact people, and this phone doesn't do that well.

I found the buttons stuck at first but seemed to get better with a bit more use. I'd still use this as a back up if needed, but it's not great for online use.

brick is more cost effective and useful as a mobile phone. HMD realise how useless it is, have promised an update for the operating system but never delivered that operating system. Every day you will have to restart it at least 5 times a day. Every time you restart, 20% of battery gone. Even after 5 restarts apps freeze, screen freezes. It's useless junk, and now HMD have moved away from HMD Nokia to focus on HMD phones, basically two tin cans and a string would be more use as a phone than HMD anything. Nokia should be sued as well for allowing sub standard junk manufacturers to purchase their license. Office Works Australia should not be selling substandard products. As they say, it is what it is.

heavy user. Strong housing, comes already with outer backing case and screen cover. Most of the functions work well. This is my second Nokia phone. I recently upgraded due to a good offer with a particular provider and office goods supplier. My preference is to support companies who, based on the best evidence available at the time, have better credentials in terms of environmental responsibility.

However, the company is lacking, perhaps due to being a relatively less popular brand. A recent warranty claim (black screen even though phone was on) was handled well at the shop I bought it from but took six weeks because it had to go to Sydney (I am in Adelaide), the only Nokia service centre. Other brands often have a couple of service centres in each state. The repair was duly completed and the phone was returned polished, with a new screen protector, and I cannot fault the actual repair centre.

As my phone is also my internet connection for home use, I couldn't really be without one for six weeks. So I bought the cheapest Nokia available at $157. Not many people can necessarily afford to buy a second phone, and for me it now sits in a draw. I believe I should have been given another phone or at least some kind of loan-phone if there is such a thing. This involved setting up the new phone with my current SIM and then doing some re-setting on my X20 when it was returned, both a little troublesome for me without a wonderful tech-sense. I have tried to provide feedback to Nokia but with no success. I wrote to an address in Melbourne that was supposed to be a Nokia office but the letter was returned undelivered.

Nokia will need to lift its game for me to buy a Nokia phone next time.

The battery is a joke. If it is left on, without using it at all; the batt. goes down by 50% in two days. I mean WT..?! For a dumb phone it is a very awkward layout. My 17 year old Samsung 3309 was a breeze, and a joy to use. I could upload photos to the computer no dramas...but oh no, not with this baby....we've got to spend $20 for a special wire thing to do it. Sorry Nokia, your people are "clever", but they not too smart, IMO?! As soon as I can afford it I'll be dumping this piece of crap.

recently because of this the phone used 43% of its battery without being used in any way and there is nothing l can find that will stop this happening. The phone has the latest software installed and that didn't help l have searched in the settings online and you tube for solutions and nothing has helped. Possibly l have missed something but even my 27 year old son can't find anything to fix this. The phone has a few other little annoying problems that l can put up with and l realize that this isn't an expensive phone but l have had other phones in the same price bracket ($160) and they have been a lot better than the Nokia C01 Plus. l will probably go back to one of them for my next phone if l can't find a solution for this one.
