I said, she’s been a loyal customer for that long, maybe refund the $70 for that month; she’s 82 years old. Answer - that’s not their policy!!! Meanwhile, they said if she continues, they will knock the price down to $50 a month! She normally pays about $70 a month. Just scumbags. No loyalty at all.

(Free To Air) since Febraury 2023. Even after the incident with the sun damaging the Satellite that they were broadcasting from Intelsate 19 and changing to a new Satellite Eutelsat 172B 172.0E around mid 2024 their broadcasting of ethenic channels is still free that means you don't need to pay them and you don't need the subscription card in the box to watch their channels. I have contacted Consumer Affairs Victoria who are gathering intelligence against the company at tthe mommen but we need more people affected by this company (being ripped off ) to contact Consumer Affairs Non English speaking people can call the following interpretor service Free of charge and ask to speak to Consumer Affairs Victoria and make a complaint in their native language. The Tel: number is 131 450. What really gets me angry is that they are rippping elederly citizens off and offer no refund or credit due to the issues that they have been having since last year and from Feb. 2024.

standards from Hubbl but assumed the same process would apply before the subscription auto-renewed for $45.99. It did not happen. I was charged the $45.99 from my account on auto-renewal without a reminder or a payment invoice. I only noticed as I happened to be looking through my bank account for another unrelated charge.
When I asked for a refund under the reason that I didn't intend to renew, they were not helpful AT ALL. I know this is not something that is automatically offered by all businesses but many platforms are pretty reasonable about this – Canva comes to mind (great customer experience!)
Seems like a lot of other people have had the same experience.

Lithium batteries and Phoenix Technologily Groups lack of care and follow up on a 3rd faulty battery, I have chosen to leave this review in the hopes more people wake up to how greedy and careless this company is, one who import rubbish into Australia!
I purchased a caravan back in in 2023 and at the same time ordered a second Sphere Lithium 100ah battery for the caravan to match the one already in their. Upon receiving the 2nd battery, it was DEAD ON ARRIVAL, so I took it back to the caravan shop and got a refund, as I lost all faith in the Sphere brand battery's as they're early terrible quality. After the 1st battery issue above, I purchased a much larger battery from a different brand and have been using this, because I have no faith in the Sphere product.
Lo and behold, even whilst keeping the Sphere battery in what should be the correct Lithium battery storage conditions (50% charge and temperature consistent room) the battery has died after 3½ months, when I went to charge it for its next use...
I took the battery back and swapped it again at the caravan shop and the new Sphere Lithium battery has a new feature being BLUETOOTH MONITORING and after downloading the app and trying to link the battery, the app doesn't remotely work... The battery is not seen by the app, even when the battery is connected to my phone via Blutooth.
I called and asked for assistance as to why another battery is dodgy and never got a call back... I guess troubleshooting your rubbish product is considered a waste of time for you. Good to see you don't care about the customers who end up with your rubbish products!
Phoenix Technology Group are clearly a bunch of people who priorities money over all else and they don't care that the products they import into and sell in Australia are some of the worse quality (cheapest nastiest rubbish) being sold in the world today!
I have had 3 out of 3 Sphere Lithium batteries either fail or be faulty and they have all come from this company who IMPORT RUBBISH and sells it at ridiculous prices, especially considering how rubbish their products are. Stop wasting peoples time by importing rubbish that either doesn't work up arrival, or fails prematurely and call people back when you tell then you will! It's rude, pathetic and unprofessional when you do that and that's clesr the foundations this business is built on!
I'll be taking this rubbish back for a refund and I will have nothing to do with Sphere batteries and I will do all I can to make sure I never give Phoneix Technology Group any of my money ever again and I will do lots of research on new products to make sure it's not imported by this GRUBBY COMPANY, who sell crap!
Re the review below mine, I don't understand how you can give 5 stars simply because the company provided a LEGAL REMEDY to the faulty product they sold you... Lithium batteries should not fail prematurely like yours and mine did when storing in correct conditions and when discharged partially. This is the sign of a dodgy BMS that is not stopping the batteries from self discharging, which kills said batteries. It also seems a bit strange to say the battery is reliable, when it's clearly not and you haven't had it long to truely judge. If the BMS can't even perform a low voltage disconnect, how can anyone be certain its going to activate its overvoltage disconnect or its under temperature disconnect (I suspect these rubbish batteries don't have this feature even).

booster each month through Telstra but most channels still don't work, [Name Removed] kept promising to fix the channels so we kept going, but still most channels don't work or keep spinning, we decided to discontinue with the service it still doesn't work properly, when you leave you start to ask where the Christianity went, they try to do everything to prevent you from leaving, everyone wants to support missions, but that's all they talk about when there service doesn't work, they won't give you the address to send the box back, [Name Removed] keeps saying they have moved and won't give me their correct address, and I have to talk to the missions manager to talk about the steps of cancellation, who is unavailable, if they ring it is always with a private number,when you join you can't leave? That seems to be their policy. Now they are asking for people to leave their money in there will to them, and buy another service for people that can't afford it. They have no physical address on there website. Beware of this "Christian" Company, they are not learning much from there own programs, Now we watch on our own internet.
Now they are sending me a Bill for a new subscription, even after cancelling they won't allow you to leave, won't give the address to send the Set Top Box Back, continually say it is not the address listed on there website, that they have moved Address, No Physical Address, sending me an email that I am happy with the service, totally ignore your written cancellation that I never had a contract for in the first place

cannot play TV for more than a few seconds. We have no bandwidth issues at home and have a 100/40 NBN service that streams 4K regularly. Have tried multiple configurations with wired and wireless and it is simply not functional.
