I don't hate HP printers. Just this particular one. It was very cheap printer...$37 from penta.com.au. I hope they will refund my money. After this experience I think I'll check other reviews and find a better brand of printer.

Printer is very slow, particularly if starting up and it has to do a 'cycle' - leave it for 5 minutes and come back later! Says it prints envelopes, but will not print A5 envelopes, really bad with DL Envelopes and C4 envelopes don't fit....

I have it for a year now and it runs without any problem, its cartridges are refillable, easy to use ,no more "clogged nozzles" problem, I Love it.
