I networked mine using a D-Link USB print server so it wasn't limited to USB on a PC. This model is no longer available unfortunately and repair epople are hard to find. The scanner lamp (as mentioned above) does stay on too long i.e. for hours...

I have had a T640 which is a great workhorse printer, no problems and still works like new. I have had 2 T650n's and was told that they are as good as or better than the T640, but in my experience they are not.
