both day and night. Being a pocket nappy makes it easy to adjust the absorbancy need for night time. During the day I like to use a Green Kids bamboo insert. At night I just add a booster and I now have a night nappy Good value in packages. supper cute easy to use fast drying. So cute I can't stop buying them
