purchase a gift card, before using that gift card to pay the bill takes away any chance of spontaneity. This process can take up to 4 days. The interface is also so poorly designed that even staff at a restaurant accepting these gift cards couldn’t figure out how to do it.

I always loved looking through the paper book, getting ideas and simply cutting out the voucher for my chosen venue. It is sad that the entertainment book has been turned into a complicated, waste of time.. seemingly to deter purchases of the book to actually utilise the discounts they have paid for.

This will be the last time I purchase an entertainment book.

Big time scammer . You buy a lottery ticket ,you pay the money and after that you don't know anything . No notifications .no ticket . Don't even know that you spend money and you are actually on the lottery . Trash I wasted my 30 dollars .

Since being sold to “Finder” I spend more time chasing up rewards that rewards I have received. Either shows in my account as 0 or doesn’t show up at all. Very over it!

Jarrah honey from a small family owned company in W.A. called Forest fresh. Product arrived quickly & in glass jars and tastes amazing. It is not cheap but well worth the money. my first yearl with them, and I was finding the milestones programm to be very rewarding, and reaching out my milestones fast to get to the higer $200 reward for 35,000 points over Platinum. OF COURSE, JUST before this happened, they downgraded me into a new category they just created "Starter", which took away that benefit along with MANY other. Once I pay my membership off this year I will be changing from provider. They literally trick you into getting in with so much benefits and all of a sudden they create a new category out of nowhere to downgrade you for what you were paying already. birth cabin but when we realised they had pullout bunk beds, we being elderly, we paid an extra $2000 to upgrade to a cabin with 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed. On arriving at the boat we found that we were put into the original cabin with pullout bunkbeds. None of us could climb up to the top bunk therefore we had paid $2000 for nothing. The cruise line gave us an extra inside windowless cabin for free however the carpet was filthy with brown dirt patches between the beds. Two4one have refused to give us our $2000 back. They are not accountable. They are frauds who do not produce what they promise. It is cheaper to book directly through the cruise line. They are argumentative and unreasonable with no operational skills and really bad customer service skills. I have reported them to ACCC. They owe me $2000 for charging something they didn't deliver. I call it elder abuse and they have zero empathy I'm still waiting for my $2000 refund. DONT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY. THEY ALSO UNDER THE NAME VACATION CENTRE BEWARE/DANGER

My experience with the AccorPlus membership is abysmal. Their call centre staff are rude and unhelpful. Every Single Time. Most of their hotels and hotel staff are good, but that is hit and miss. Dont waste your money, Hilton is far more impressive.

the death of my father. We asked for a one off good-will-gesture after being loyal Qantas members for over 20 years. I was put on hold during the first call for nearly 35 minutes before giving up and on the second call the line disconnected after being on hold for 25min. They showed zero compassion or empathy. They are an absolute disgrace. Mum or myself will never fly with them again.
