Sunday afternoon at around 3pm and explained our problem. I could go on and on but the short story is that we needed to do a complete roof restoration by that Wednesday (a previous company had left us with a half "completed" job). Daniel came to our house at 4pm on a Sunday and within an hour of arriving had organised and confirmed everything. By 8am the next morning (17 hours after first call), the scaffolders came and set up the rails. By midday, Daniel came by again and dropped off 60L of sealer, 100L of resin/coating in our chosen colour (manufactured that morning!) as well as the replacement valley and the bitumen storm seal. The next day (Tuesday), Brandon and Neil showed up with 170 replacement tiles and got down to work replacing all the chipped and broken tiles, doing all the re-bedding and re-pointing, and power-washing the entire roof. They worked quickly and efficiently and by the end of the day my stress levels were back to normal - it was clear that these guys had the situation under control. They brought an extra 11 tiles to color match (the next day) as spares. On Wednesday, Neil replaced the valley and did a last check of everything before it was time to apply the sealer and the resin. Brandon was an absolute sniper with the spray gun! I walked around the perimeter after they left and counted about 5 tiny dots of paint on the ground. These guys took care of everything, explained what they were doing and cleaned up everything on the way out. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

don’t do emergency repairs., but Malik came right away . He took photos of the damage and took photos of the repairs. He cleared out the damaged parts and replaced them with other component. Stapling down sections that were usually not stapled. He worked fast and the price was reasonable. Noe Malik is on my Phone Contacts.

Needed some roof restoration, cleaning and re-paint and they great at doing it, quality service, friendly and they manage to explain everything about taking care our roof and they just recommended by a friend which is I'm thankful.

We have used Harley & Sons twice so far. Got no problem recommending them. If your roof needs attention, call them.

whom was prepping and restoring my roof but was told he worked under Dragon Roofing's licence so I couldn't check his records. Since last July (8 months ago) when my tile roof was completley restored and finished off with 2 top coats. The Pointing is cracking, paint is flaking and can see through to brown tiles in areas. After the roof was painted the Rep did a final inspection and told me it was a great job. A 50% discount was received initially for other issues but this roof restoration is still costing me money to this day.

The crew did a great job with our roof extension. They matched the new tiles to our existing ones so well that you can't see the join. The work passed the final inspection without a single issue.

without my permission. The work was done by unsupervised subcontractors who couldn’t communicate properly, showed no professionalism, and used old, faulty equipment. The paintwork was sloppy, with visible marks left on my window frames and roof beams. Tiles and edges were poorly painted. When I raised these issues and shared videos of the defects, management was rude, dismissive, and showed no regard for customer service. For a company claiming over 30 years of experience, the quality and professionalism were shockingly poor. They seem to rely on cheap subcontractors with no quality control or accountability. — they do not deliver on their promises or value their customers.

another company. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. Gary, who prepared our quote, the friendly office staff, Aidan and the rest of the TomKat guys were exceptional. They arrived at the agreed time and date promptly, and all the work was done in one full day. Aidan even came back two days later to add a downpipe elbow as requested. They were professional, carried out a very neat and tidy job. Before leaving, they cleaned everything up and left it as they found it. We've had a storm today, and its great to see the area is finally nice and dry.
