The issue is the plates do not get hot enough and the meat is broiled and not browned (especially the top plate). So disappointed as it ticks many boxes.

Don’t waste your money – I bought this mainly to use as sandwich press & what a disappointment. The top doesn’t heat up & only cooks from the bottom. Show details
