I originally bought this device to scan negatives, but it did that only so-so.
I liked this device as a printer until I moved, now having to buy ink from my previous country is just a source of problems.

Good on the duplexing side, which is one of the reasons it ended up in my side as PDFs, so I could carry them around as files - rather than bunches of books. The scanning side (providing resolutions up to 48-bits/2400x2400dpi) works even better...

A lively color output of 3600x7200 dpi, the ScanJet 4370 isn't going to the Guiness, but its ability to scan 3-D objects and read text transcripts (via OCR conversion) simply makes it a good scanner.

I won a $50 Harvey Norman gift card and managed to buy this printer for $48, to be honest i wasn't really expecting anything much from it but have been pleasantly surprised, it works well and i have had no problems at all with it....for under $50...
