The person I spoke to was very friendly, professional, and that part of the experience was positive. I live in the west, and the couch was coming from South Australia, so a bit of a delay on the delivery was to be expected. I was given a date for about a month out if memory serves me. I've just moved house, so was eager to recieve the couch ASAP. Given the distance, and things going on in the world, a month seemed reasonable enough. Then it was delayed by a week. Disappointing, but I let it slide. Then it happened again. I'd made plans around this couch, and the second delay was my final straw. I'd paid for rubbish removal, and assembly. I asked to have my money refunded on that, and it was given. Jenny, whom was the sales person. was excellent throughout this. I was quite rude, and Jenny was nothing but professional. I'd lost trust in the purchase by this point, and considered cancelling and asking for a total refund

As for the couch itself, I love it. Keep in mind i've had it for only 3 nights. I chose a colour that was $500 less than the other colours, a sort of off white cream/beige. Not a big fan to be honest, but $500 is $500, and I planned to cover it anyway. Let me add here that I didnt really like any of the colours available, some darker colours would probably sell well. I do a lot of eating on the couch, stains are a constant threat. The long beach mini is also not so mini, as is relative to my perspective. 265cm wide, and 1 metre deep I think? Take the cusions off and it feels about as wide as or maybe a little wider than a king single, and much longer. I'm 189cm/6'2", and slept in it with my small dog very comfortably as a test. Solid 8 or so hours, felt as rested as I do from sleeping on my bed. With the cusions on, you can really sink back into this thing, its comfortable as hell. The corner is where you really wanna be. I had three people over (4 in total) for a movie night and there was ample room for us all, didnt feel crowded in the least. Again, for long console gaming sessions, the corner is perfect. Build quality feels very solid, nothing moves or creaks like i've expereinced with cheaper couches. Fabric is thick and feels durable, though like I said, I covered it up anyway.

This would be an excellent couch for a family. It's feels like a lot of couch for 2 people, which is exactly what I wanted, but something to consider. I give the couch 5/5 stars, Jenny 5/5 stars, but the delays had me seriosuly doubting the purchase, and I did lose trust in it. Happy i didnt cancel the order now that I have it, but it was close.

only hold the furniture for very short time - this will be painful for anyone renovating. Their delivery people just want their delivery fee and do not help to take it into the room of choice, when it can be done in 1-2 minutes. They open packaging despite being asked not to. Their call centre does not call back when they say they will. Honestly, the sales process was smooth but everything after that was a total nightmare. I won’t use again. No way. I hated the whole process post sales. Bad. Bad. Bad. Be wary people.

express shipped in and left to bounce around a box from Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast Qld. What a joke - you spend $1340 bucks on high quality enterprise drives and they treat them like crap. Mind you they plastered Fragile tape all over the outside of the small box - just a pity they didn't have the nous to read the tape and apply the same treatment to the actual contents!!!!!! Look elsewhere if you want to buy anything thats likely damaged in shipping - these guys obviously don't know what fragile means nor how to treat such items - very very disappointing.

Pool Supplies. So I rang him to see if I could purchase the left side directional control seprately. Craig informed me they were available for about $69 but then checked my file and saw that I had purchased the tune up kit within the last 12 months so informed me it was still under warranty and informed me that he would contact Zodiac and arrange for a new controller to be sent to me ASAP. He could have easily sold me a new unit but he went the extra mile which I reckon is absolutely fantastic. Too be honest I think Craigs smart because I wouldnt buy my pool equipment anywhere else !!!!!!

Tried ringing, constantly getting answerphone, tried 4 numbers, tried emailing, no one is getting back to me. I rang Capalaba store for assistance yesterday and a kind lady said she'll email the online head office to urge, but she personally couldn't do anything.
