error code immediately and wouldn’t work. Lodged a warranty claim and the agent they sent out diagnosed a main board defect which needed to be replaced. Seven weeks later and we still don’t have a working ac. The overseas call centre can only tell me they will send an email and call back. Which they never do. I know this can happen to anyone but companies are measured by their response to this issues. I am still without heating in our bedroom in winter.
