finally arrived, one of the parts came broken. I contacted them and they told me I would need to wait again for a replacement part. What makes this even more frustrating is that they are still actively selling the exact same bike. So clearly the parts exist — they just don’t support their existing customers. At this point, it feels like once they take your money, they are no longer interested in helping you. I have sent multiple emails over the past week asking for a refund — and received no response at all. This bike was meant to be my son’s 3rd birthday present, and unfortunately I couldn’t even give it to him. It’s been stressful and upsetting, and in this current situation, I don’t even have the budget to go and buy another one. I genuinely don’t know what to do anymore. Please think twice before buying from this brand.

If I could give the Zip Navigator AT minus stars, I would. Here’s why: 1. The Zip does not fold flat and does not fit in the car as easily as… Read more
previous MGI buggies. It is really quite bulky and difficult to handle.
2. There is no carry handle. The Zip is a physiotherapist’s dream with all the backs requiring attention after constantly lifting it without the appropriate carry handle.
3. The steering handle on the Zip is not rounded. Therefore, nothing at all can be attached to it, eg club cleaning rag, umbrella holder; also jumpers and jackets get caught in it every time you have to go from one side of the buggy to the other.
4. Going from one side to the other is necessary because the seat can only go on the right hand side with the sand bucket on the left (per the warranty). If you address the ball with the buggy behind you, this puts the sand bucket on the wrong side of the buggy when divots are to be filled. It sounds minor but this is a real nuisance.
5. The bar which holds the bucket and seat is too short which means the seat is too close to the golf bag if you wish to actually use it as a seat.
6. There are only two sockets for attachments – umbrella, drink holder, phone holder, score card holder – a choice must be made as to which two you can use. This is just ridiculous.
7. A separate special phone holder must be purchased because the one that comes with the buggy doesn’t hold a phone securely and the socket is far too flimsy. Go over a bump and the phone pops out of the supplied holder. This feature is particularly cheap.
8. Also the supplied phone holder is not permanent and has to be attached and detached and stored somewhere whenever you use it.
9. The battery is located at the back of the buggy where all the mud sprays up. Manual specifically states to not get the battery wet and yet it is located on the buggy to do just that - get wet.

after 15klm on a ride, it died, the battery was fully charged prior to the ride. Got home and recharged the battery, went for another ride and the same problem. I contacted Leitner and they gave me a list of things to look for and the conditions the bike was ridden under, I provided all the relevant and correct information, and the response I was given, that I would have to buy a new battery. This is a poor option as I am an aged pensioner and can't afford to keep buying batteries every 18 months. I purchased this bike on reliable recommendation from a relative who has had the same bike for 5 + years with no worries. In the end, Leitner agreed to give me a used battery FOC but I pay the postage, now this battery is failing. After doing some research, I find that ebike battery's should last 5 - 8 years depending on use. I don't think that I have over used my battery. I am not convinced that I have been well treated by Leitner, especially after all the referrals that I have give to people who have asked after the bike. Geoff. Geraldton. WA.

been such a fun addition for my little One. The first thing I noticed was how lightweight and sturdy it is, which makes it really easy for toddlers to handle. The 3 wheel design gives great stability, so it’s perfect for little ones who are just learning to ride a scooter. The light up wheels are definitely a favourite they glow as the wheels spin, which makes it extra exciting for kids and they don’t even need batteries. 10/10 recommend

to my new Mizuno clubs. The MGI travels at much greater speed than I can walk. The clubs tend to thrash around in the bag, which is quite audible when traversing over very rough terrain, I can hear the club heads hitting each other. Though I have Mizuno boot covers on all my irons, they don't dampen impacts. Sadly the back of three of my clubs is dented. This doesn't affect their play, but certainly does impact on their resale value. I raised the issue with Mizuno (Australia) and Drummond (Osborne Park, WA), but all I got from Mizuno was an AI response informing me to go back to the place of purchase. So I took my clubs into Drummond Golf (Osborne Park, WA) and simply they said there was nothing either they or the Mizuno Australia rep could do to help. So I'm writing this post to see if anyone out there has experienced similar issue?

and a lady I spoke to were very helpful and friendly. I got the local mobile bike mechanic to put it together. (money well spent). What a lovely little bike! Perfect size for me. (5’ high and 71 y.o) I am still practicing, but it goes really well even when it isn’t on e power. Very light. I think it is essential to watch the tutorial by Michael on how to mount/dismount, ride safely, turn, brake etc. The tutorial is very informative. I’ve watched it three times. It helped me a lot because I freaked out a bit when I first rode my trike and was a bit higgledy piggledy. Now I am just taking my time and easing into it. Very impressed with Trike Bike and I love my gorgeous little silver trike.

164cms tall, so preferably would have the handle adjustment on either the lowest or middle, but I also purchased an umbrella holder, so for me to use with the umbrella up, I need to have the handle at its highest setting and I still run the risk of losing an eye as I need to duck under the umbrella! Also as the buggy has a central shaft & the umbrella holder is attached pretty close to the centre, which then crowds the access to the clubs. The long clubs, the driver, Woods etc get snagged in the open umbrella when trying to remove clubs from bag...and you have to navigate around the umbrella shaft so solution was to buy another add on being the umbrella holder extension! Really !!? who design these buggies, midgets!...so that was my main grumble. The 2nd grumble is no add ons for holding balls and tees on the handle. Sure I could buy a score card holder that has balls and tee slots, but why, we predominantly use phone apps to score and this is yet another add on! My simple walkinshaw push buggy has 3 ball holders, 6 tees, 3 markers slots and drink holder all built into the handle, plus the umbrella holder is on far side of handle well out of the centre giving very easy access to the clubs in bag (no crowding) and the walkinshaw umbrella holder is 4 inches longer once installed, than this X5's. I think at the price for a motorised cart, these add-ons should be designed into the handle at best or as simple add ons, and the design gurus need to rethink the umbrella holder, it needs to be taller, or sold simply with the extension.and if they are smart design gurus they could design the ball holders and tee holders into the umbrella holder, it already has a long screw into the shaft, make this longer and add in the ball holders etc, along this and it will then move the umbrella away from the centre shaft allowing easy access to the clubs... My third grumble is the patina of the main body, I ordered the charcoal (grey) colour, which is terrific, it is a "matte" finish, but it is only the handle shaft, the main body of the buggy is the pristine shiny black!...all that shine will be a nightmare to keep clean, hopefully they get smart and do the main body in the matt finish and future zips will benefit!...so that's my initial grumbles, and hopefully that will be all....UPDATE - POSITIVE FEEDBACK. Have received the umbrella extension and am happy with the height, no more poke in the eye!! Also have used the buggy in all conditions including very wet boggy and hilly terrains....am very happy ....and will loudly recommend to all who ask!

after reading google reviews,my ebike was $ 2100 with samsung 20 amp hour battery included, another reason I bought this bike from Avocado is that they carry most parts for this bike including bigger batteries, anyways its not a bad bike, gets me up big hills no probs just using peddle assist 3 and that gets you around 25 klms speed limit,it is best to stick to the rules,it does have an offroad function but I have had no need to use that, even on hills,I like the design of the bike but a nice upgrade would be stainless steel spokes with semi- smooth tires, steers well and brakes well, comfortable seat, has very strong rear rack that can carry saddle bags, its an easy bike to ride and work out the functions it has, handles well,it does have some cheaper components on it like, chain, cassette, steel spokes and not the greatest tires but most ebikes at this price point are like this ,you can allways do a custom rebuild yourself and upgrade some things on this bike, motor and big 20 amp hour battery is very nice, sydney bicycle paths are awesome,no more traffic probs

of these bags I would recommend turning over the bag at the end of the warranty period and getting another each season. I haven't found the bag to be durable externally. I was impressed with the bag due to its lightweight and waterproof nature initially. The big insulated cooler pocket is handy and it has a good amount of storage pockets. The putter tube and umbrella if placed in the pocket impact on the volume of the large side pockets. The bag lock to the base of the trolley is vitally important to stability on the trolley and works perfectly. I am now looking for another bag to fit my MGI Zip Navigator mainly due to the poorly wearing bag material and deterioration of the waterproof coating. The wear is most noticeable where the top strap fits around the neck. The bag material also scuffs and abrades in other places as it is very thin resulting in compromised waterproofing upon contact with objects. The zippers have stood up well with no issues (unlike the MGI accessory cooler bag which has flimsy zipper hardware). The snap clips have not failed or corroded at all. I have used this bag on a motorised cart a bit but the top rangefinder pocket is in the wrong place for standard cart straps and this has resulted in a tear/cut where the bottom of the cart restraint strap cuts into the zipper seam. The bag side pockets are hard to access when the bag is on a cart with another bag also. It isn't suited to use on motorised carts at all for these reasons. The rivet holding the umbrella holder tube to the bag was a weak point and broke early in the piece due to travelling over bumps/rough terrain on the trolley so the tube flops around. I stopped using it in case it starts to tear and because the tube collar damages coated and graphite/composite putter shafts as it is a hard collar. Not an issue with uncoated stainless shafts. As others have said the rain cover is too tight and the zip is exposed to the weather. The club dividers do grab the club handles at times (going in and out) and this is especially problematic when the rain cover is fitted. I have had the bag so saturated in rain that there was ingress but no bag would have withstood these conditions. Get the MGI Zip Bag Cover accessory thst fits to the trolley if you play in the rain is my suggestion. You don't need a waterproof bag then anyway.
Update: All credit to Blackhawk, they got in touch and resolved the issue very quickly. Will rate… Read more
