purchase and were not available when buying online or in-store. Unfortunately, what should have been an exciting purchase turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience dealing with Redsbaby Support.

We received our pram several weeks after the expo, only to discover that one of the attachments included in our original purchase was missing-the bumper bar, for one. How this was missed when packing the order is beyond me.

Then, immediately after opening the box, we noticed a visible defect on the handlebar. This is a travel pram that is going to be folded, handled and transported frequently, so naturally, our concern was whether the defect could compromise the strength and safety of the handle over time.

We contacted Redsbaby Support, expecting the issue to be taken seriously. Instead, we were offered a 10% discount and told it was essentially a cosmetic defect. We are now being expected to accept and use a defective pram for our baby simply because the company considers the damage cosmetic.

Who in their right mind would knowingly risk their baby's safety by using a defective pram, especially when it is intended for travel and frequent handling? Even the display pram we saw at the expo was in better condition than the brand-new one we received.

What has made this even more frustrating is the extremely slow response from customer support. We have spent weeks of going back and forth just trying to resolve an issue that should have been straightforward. It feels as though customers are expected to simply wait around for days for every response.

We purchased a brand-new pram because we expected a safe, quality product, not a defective one that we are then pressured to accept with a small discount, a 10% off, then the liability of using the defective pram becomes ours- the parents!

If this is how Redsbaby chooses to handle defective baby products and safety concerns about their production, then the entire experience is extremely disappointing.

Do better, Redsbaby. We trusted you with a product for our baby, and this is not the level of quality or customer service we expected.

The two handed fold and unfold mechanism is incredibly inconvenient, especially when getting the pram in and out of the car. I acknowledge that I should have researched this feature more thoroughly before purchasing, so that part is on me. However, the mechanism itself also seems to contribute to another issue, a significant scratch on the front bar of the pram. I’ve since noticed the exact same scratching on multiple other Rovers while out shopping, which suggests this is a recurring design issue rather than user error.

Overall, the pram feels quite cheap and lacks the sturdy, quality feel I would expect.

My biggest concern, however, has been the wobble. I initially raised this with the brand, who agreed that the wobble didn’t seem right and replaced two different parts in an attempt to resolve it. Unfortunately, none of these replacements made any difference. I was then told that the wobble would reduce as my baby got heavier. This was incredibly frustrating and confusing. If the wobble was normal and simply due to my baby’s weight, why were three separate parts replaced in the first place? I have tried my other friends with prams of different brands of all different price ranges and they do not wobble anywhere near as much as mine!

Overall, I’m disappointed with both the product quality and the way my concerns have been addressed. I expected a pram that felt sturdy, well made and practical for everyday use, and unfortunately, this hasn’t been my experience.

the pram since they were born. The cocoons are great for newborns. The pram has always been easy to fold away and to open, even post c-section. I do wish that the hood/canopy provided more coverage. Now that my twins are sitting up, the sun is often in their eyes. Once the afternoon sun hits, if we are facing the sun then my twins are crying because the sun is in their eyes. This is very frustrating and I’m often make-shifting a cover with muslins. Particularly given this issue, it would be good to have a UV cover. It is disappointing that BabyBee don’t make a UV cover for this pram. I don’t know if all side by side prams have this same issue but had I known that this would be an issue, I probably would’ve bought a different pram.

Redsbaby bassinet which I didn’t love and they refunded me so quickly and easily that I had complete confidence in spending a lot more money with this brand. To say I was left disappointed is an understatement. The ONIX i received is such a let down. It is so difficult and clunky to fold, as other 1 star reviews have discussed it often takes two hands and some force to close, and is definitely not as smooth as their videos make out. Which is always your 13th reason when you’re trying to pack it up into the car after a day of overstimulation and your baby is crying in the car. Additionally, a one hand close does not equate to an easy open! Having to open the pram via the handle and then having to pull up the seat is so counterintuitive and downright annoying. The seat also constantly jiggles both while in motion and not. I was told by customer service that this was apart of the prams suspension and operates as intended. I have experienced the seat falling down with my baby in it while walking twice. They asked me to provide a video of this to assess under warranty. They just keep requesting videos - which I understand to assess stuff but like I’m a FTM and I don’t often have the bandwidth to just grab my phone and film myself having a breakdown over a prams dodgy folding mechanism. Also, predictably as soon as I try to film anything, it works smoothly or my baby needs me. All in all, I hate this pram and I tell everyone about how much I hate it. I also feel strongly that the 100 days returns is marketed misleadingly. The policy that a pram can be taken out of the box and “used as intended” and then has to be returned “as new” annoys me - because these feel like opposite things. How can I use a pram as intended if I can only use it inside my house? When will I ever use a pram inside my house? Anyways, I loved RedsBaby and their customer service so much before this whole experience despite the bassinet fiasco. But now I cannot recommend them in good conscience.

also have the bassinet attachment which is even easier to swap and change using the adaptors provided. My baby absolutely loved falling asleep in the bassinet. Easy fold - whether its the bassinet or the original pram attachment. Doesn’t take up much boot space either. I love that it is compact size without it feeling like so. You can easily wiggle, steer and squeeze through between the chairs and tables of busy small cafes and through crowds without feeling like a bulldozer. Its glides very smoothly. It has generous space under the pram for storage. I can fit our carrier and a full nappy backpack with no worries. We’ve taken our pram onto many different terrains - carpet, pavement, grass (wet and dry), slightly pebbly walkways etc and its still holding up well. Only noticed that its easily getting minor scratches to the frame. Whilst not super in-your-face visible, its a shame that it can get scratched so easily. Overall great quality pram.

It's easy to fold and compact enough to fit in our hatchback, but also not tiny like a travel stroller. It also feels strong and sturdy and has a premium feel to it.

front wheels lock up and want to tip. Very dangerous!! It’s also hard to steer and feels very heavy when loaded. Another reason I don’t recommend this is because the seats are not big enough and my 3 year old is most uncomfortable in the seat and cannot use the sunshade as it is not tall enough. I would’ve tried returning this pram except I didn’t have a need to use it straight away and didn’t try it out when it arrived but waited until my second child was born. By then it was far too late to get a refund. Do yourself a favour and buy something else. I wish I did!

cover and adjustable foot rests means they can sleep really peacefully in the pram, sit for long periods, eat snacks using the snack attachment and enjoy the world around them. The basket is huge and fits so much and it is so sturdy that it doesn't move when locked. I attach a huge twin backpack to it and it doesn't change the balance. The sports tires make it really comfortable for the babies and for me to move around. We have 2 cup holders easily attached and it still folds easily. The best part is how light it is and how easily you can change the configuration. Its also very easily to pull apart and clean and the seats are machine washable. On top of all of this, the team at Valco and most especially Glen, are so helpful. We had an issue with latch and the balance and Glen came out to our house, at a time that was convenient to us, and fixed everything. They don't make you send 1000 pictures and explain over and over the problem. They come and see it and bring all the necessary parts to fix it, at no cost to us. Honestly, I am so lucky and glad we bought a Valco baby pram. I cannot recommend them enough. still having enough room for all the necessities that come with travelling with two little ones. The Skippy Commodore Wagon has been absolutely perfect for that!

I wanted something spacious and convenient, but not so ridiculously big that it would only be practical for certain outings. This wagon ticks every box. It isn't too wide to fit down shopping aisles, yet it's still spacious enough to accommodate two toddlers side by side without the buckles, or one toddler on each side with the buckles secured.

I was initially worried that my babies might be too young to use a wagon, but once they were able to sit semi-supported, I found it worked wonderfully for us. It keeps them comfortably in place without the need to fit a capsule into a traditional pram setup, which has been a huge bonus for us. (Of course, I'd recommend following the manufacturer's age, seating and safety guidelines for little ones.)

So far, I've taken this wagon on walks and to shopping centres, and I'm genuinely blown away by just how versatile it is. The steering is incredibly smooth, the turning circle is surprisingly small, and it's so easy to push and manoeuvre. Considering its length, I expected it to be much more difficult to navigate through smaller, cramped shopping aisles, but it handles them remarkably well with only minor adjustments. It feels practical for everyday use rather than something you'd only want to bring out for specific occasions.

And honestly, when you look at the ridiculous prices of many double prams and consider how bulky, restrictive and inconvenient some of them can be, this wagon feels like such a worthwhile alternative. It gives us the space we need without sacrificing the convenience we wanted, and that combination is hard to beat.

The wagon also feels incredibly sturdy and durable. It doesn't feel like something we'll outgrow in a few months or replace after a short period of use. Instead, it feels like an investment that will grow with our family and continue to be useful for years to come. With more little ones in our future, I can already see this wagon becoming a permanent fixture in our household!

If you're looking for something versatile enough to keep up with everyday errands, shopping trips, walks and family outings, while also accommodating a growing family, I genuinely cannot recommend the Skippy Commodore Wagon enough.

My only regret is not buying it sooner! Five stars from me. It's practical, spacious, easy to manoeuvre and incredibly versatile. If you're on the fence about purchasing one, this is your sign to seriously consider it. It's made getting out and about with two little ones so much easier, and I honestly couldn't be happier with it..

up and can drive over nearly everything (I've been on sand, grass, concrete and mud with the buggy).

You can also get lots of accessories for the Mountain Buggy range - I got the Cocoons (to use until 6mo or until they can sit up in the buggy) which detach from the buggy and I've moved sleeping babies countless times with it. I also have the cupholder which is a great addition if you are doing the groceries to put your phone or shopping list in.

Really slim, it fits through a standard door frame! Easy to wheel up the hallway from the nursery to front door instead of carrying bubs all the way from one end of the house to another.

Good storage underneath, can fit a nappy bag, bag of groceries, personal items and more.

out that their misleading advertisements on their car seat adaptor TS22 that lead me to purchase a non-refundable $300 Graco car seat to go with my Mountain Buggy Cosmopolitan. They advertise that this adaptor goes with the Groca Snugride but what they don't say is it only works with Snugride models no longer on the market: "Graco Snugride Car Seat Adaptor for Cosmopolitan. Attach your Graco SnugRide car seat to the cosmopolitan stroller using TS 22, creating a travel system for your baby.". They were happy to provide me the names of old models it works for after I purchased it and discovered it didn't fit. No wonder they always have the adaptor on sale.

Phil&Ted are now refusing to engage in acknowledging this and support me with a solution given that I have now spent money on an adaptor and car seat that I cannot use with the stroller I have. This goes against the Federal Trade Commission in the US and the Competition Bureau in Canada, not to mention has now cost a single mom hundreds of dollars. Finally, they do not provide any direct contact other than email, which they have conveniently ignored. It's one thing to realize a mistake in advertising that mislead customers but it is another. Terrible customer service isn't worth their products.

UPDATE* Mountain Buggy was quick to remove my reviews and posts on their social media and also took down their Ts22 product, yet can't respond to me as an affected customer.

stunning pram with the silver inner wheel rims, faux leather brown handle and accents, beautiful silver charm tags etc. It is just a really high-end pram.

Well-made and strong as well. I loved the toddler seat which reclines completely horizontal- my little one has so many good naps in this pram out in public in this, especially with the fact that the sunshade comes very low down and fully covers bub! I have no idea why the other review on here is saying your child slides out the toddler seat, clearly this person didn’t understand that you’re supposed to use the 2 buttons on the sides of the toddler seat to click the foot section to a new position as a child grows, there are at least 3 settings, there is also a foot rest for the child when forward facing as well, my son had zero issues.

Yes it is a fairly heavy pram to lift in the boot, (and that is the only reason I’ve given four stars instead of five) but that’s what you get for having high quality, non-flimsy materials. The wheels and suspension are so smooth, I had no issue pushing this around for years. To make your pram last longer and prevent damage, I learned that it’s really important to use the wheel locks before you put it away in the car boot.

The thing that enhanced my experience the most was making sure I bought the **pram riser adapters** - they are black plastic things that click into the pram- this raises the bassinet (and the toddler seat) to a higher level and gives you far more storage space in the basket underneath. A lot of the online complaints about the pram basket are from people who do not use the adapters.

I also loved the peekaboo clear window, which meant you could look down and check on bub even when they were facing away from you or fully covered up sleeping with a muslin over pram/covered by the rain cover. It has a mesh panel thing on the hood that can peel back and ventilate for air flow, which really helps in the Aus summer.

The handle extends out really far, which was perfect for my husband and I as tall people (he is over 6 foot tall and I am 5 foot 8). All the other prams we test tried in the baby bunting store, you end up hunched over as a tall person due to their stumpy pram handles.

I bought the car seat adapters as well – highly recommend - this let me put my maxi cozi car seat newborn capsule clicking directly onto the pram chassis. So when my son was napping when we arrived at the shops or the doctors, all I had to do was unclick my car seat capsule and click it onto the pram without having to take him out of his car seat and wake him up, perfection. Silver Cross customer service was absolutely exceptional as well when we had to contact them for something.

This model is now discontinued but it’s still sold secondhand the world over so I think this review will still help people. Fact is, the longevity and quality of this pram speaks for itself - Silvercross prams last so long that they are v popular on the secondhand market and go through several owners and last years. My neighbour’s Silvercross has gone through three children and had zero issues, my sister has purchased new and secondhand Silvercross prams and they have all been exceptional. Highly recommend the Pioneer Orkney model.
