Second time shopping on a Sunday and it’s disappointing to see long queues. Asked a staff member why is this, was told the management reduced staffing on weekends and yet its the busiest time for shopping.

was cooked on a spit with small amounts of home marinade. As there was not a lot of marinadeused, the full flavour of the meat came to the fore. The price of the lamb was also much cheaper that other butchers. I've been buying whole lambs from this store for years and they have never dissapointed. We also purchase our meats from here too whichis isually pretty good although I tend to steer clear of the budget cuts.

Overall very happy with meat from this store but fruit and veggies continue to dissapoint most times and have not improved since previous review.

I'm hoping store and regional managers could respond on how they intend on improvements in the area.

Question: If I was saying I needed to the customer service, would I have to go thru entrance first; on weekends when there are a lot of people will you stop every person and ask them what they were coming in for? Just common sense and courtesy would go a long way.. very disappointed...

On more than one occassion have bought chicken that's off. Too many times, the produce is poor and the 'fresh' herbs: parsely, citantro etc, are too often wilted and fit for compost, not for sale. I don't trust the products at the Supabarn Kingston

cleaning product. It came in small trigger bottles or larger containers. As it needed to be strong for my application, I called to check if all of the sizes were the same strength. Cleaners Supermarket checked with the manufacturer for me and found that small trigger packs were diluted. I asked to change my order but either there was a mix up, or I was too late and I received the diluted version. Cleaners Supermarket sent me out the proper stuff, without delay, at no charge. To be fair, it was the manufacturer's fault anyway, for not putting this information on the containers.

I am very impressed with the support I received from Cleaners Supermarket and would highly recommend them.
