than renew! Repairman said it very common with this frig. So just hope the replacement (similar) model will last longer than 6 years. prior to it failing the performance was ok, keeping drinks quite cool was the main function.

After two months of use, I love everything about the fridge but think it would have been helpful if there was lighting in the freezer section as well but not a deal breaker for me. Feedback from my friends and family has all been very positive.

out of warranty, which means i'll have to pay a $165 flat rate(+ parts costs) to call someone out to fix it. I'll be looking into my options under Australian Consumer Law as this is a unreasonable amount of time for a refrigerator.

size space for me as a single person, would also be ok for a small family. There are only a few issues i had which is why i did not give 5 stars. Firstly it is quite noisy, i haven't found it unbearable like some people have said, but its definitely noticeable. Eg if i am standing in the kitchen only about 8 meters away i can't hear the TV when if it starts on one of its cycles, i have to turn the TV up to a much louder level. The second thing is the ice tray, in the last 6mths it has started to get a strong smell about it, almost like a gas smell. I have tried washing it & it has not helped, so if i will have to buy a replacement which costs $44. And thirdly, the temperature control slides are not really located in a convenient space, but that is probably the case with alot of fridges. This is a discontinued model but if you're looking to buy it second hand take these things into consideration & ask for a bargain price.

although could be a touch colder. This is a well-made unit. Slightly noisier than expected but not problematic I found. It’s only a 211 L fridge however there’s plenty of space with flexible storage options internally. Just does what you want to do, and does it well.

that's without any regular opening of it. I.e. food ends up getting spoiled.

It also has a poor layout, e.g. small, narrow door spaces not designed for many products.
