read-along books are absolutely fantastic! This is hands-down the standout feature for us. My kids love following along with the stories, complete with music and multiple character voices that really bring the books to life. As a parent, I love that it's helping them develop a genuine love for reading while they're still learning. There's something so special about watching them engage with physical books while the Birde guides them through the story - it feels far more educational and meaningful than just passive listening.

The tap-and-play seeds are brilliant - my kids find them so intuitive, and they're impressively durable. We've had our fair share of drops and tumbles, and everything still works perfectly!

The size and design are spot-on for little hands - it's lightweight and easy for young children to hold without worrying about them dropping it. You can tell it was made with kids in mind.

water sound inside. Bought a 2nd one, washed it in hot water as it was absolutely covered in baby spit, the water got inside. A mate showed us theirs cut in half from the same problem and it was filled with mould! Terribly unsafe for kids health and lungs! It is not practical to always wipe an uneven surface down with antiseptic wipes to clean it, you should be able to at least rinse it in water. Have another teething ring now and our bub is happy with it, loves it.

started the saga with customer ‘support’. They only wanted to correspond by email but took 4-7 days to respond every time. So after literally months of back and forth and trying everything they asked, they said they weren’t covering anything and stopped correspondence. We returned to Target for a full refund, but the time and stress the whole ordeal caused was ridiculous. I hope the company goes bankrupt because you shouldn’t be selling something and not be willing to provide support and replacements when they are faulty within warranty, and also give advice within a timely manner. amount of money. The only thing I found good was the time it took to update the games because the functionality of the Xbox had quick internet speeds with updates only taking 13 to 20 minutes. For some other games like Fortnite it takes 2DAYS TO UPDATES ORR DOWNLOAD!!! I was hoping to get more enjoyment out of the Xbox and gamepass but there were only a few games I wanted to play on it. After that time, which was only two months, I stopped paying for the service and we stopped playing with the Xbox and returned to the Nintendo Switch because the Switch has HEAPS of great first party games whereas Xbox has just a few. The Xbox has gathered dust for years until the last month where my son has got it out of the box to occasionally play a game of Fortnite.

The console is unobtrusive in the home environment (not like the PS5), but it does stand out a little bit more compared to the Switch. The console does work though and I haven’t had any problems with it, unlike the PS5. The Xbox Series S does get a little hot at times during the hot Australian months. The controller is light and good. Not as good as the Switch Pro controller or the PS5 one, but it gets the job done. It requires batteries and seems to chew through them very fast. I much prefer the rechargeable controllers of Nintendo and Sony.

Evaluating the Xbox, there’s no way we got our money’s worth.

reading about how many sprung leaks. These seem thicker than they were a few years ago too. This one took 10,000 litres exactly to fill up to 800mm deep. We also have a permanent fly over it and a cover. The filter is doing a good job but has to be cleaned every week. We use a hose propelled vacuum and a floating chlorine dispenser. Feels quite sturdy and is a great pool for two or three adults or a small family. Very happy.

I found this fun to play with my older freind that enjoys cricket and motor skills – The updated game whilst different plays better once you have required the skills & timing.
