For the price the product is certainly good value for money. Good suction. The turbo head works very well on carpet and the cyclonic chamber actually works and serves a good purpose. Its also great to see the unit is made in Korea.

The product is simply a poor design. The motor is gutless, the bagless is a poor design that blocks with even the finest hair and when it does the alarm goes off and the motor overheats and shuts down.
Only thing worse was the customer service....
