Started off good vacuum aside from the handle coming apart sometimes, had to reattach it couple of times each time I used it. After 10 months the… Read more

hose fell off the front. Machine felt really hot. I always used the handle to carry it around so don't understand why this happened. Returned for full refund.

Love it! After my Westinghouse bagless one broke down I bought this one, so cheap, so easy to pull through the rooms, great massive bag size. Never again a bag less vacuum! Show details

Like most, pretty disappointed, I’m a huge VAX fan but this has left me stewing. This thing is useless, no suction, crap filters, lousy battery. I’ve binned it, worthless Show details

Was excellent, good suction, unfortunately conked out after 18 months. Should have lasted longer. Show details

I bought this to deal with some deep pile, braided leather and jute rugs; all of which catch a lot of crap. Because stuff can get buried in their… Read more

fibres, makes it impossible for my stick vac to effectively clean them. So wanted something with some serious grunt. This machine has it. It picks up kitty litter buried in the pile (reconstituted pine pellets) and cleans around the edges of rooms much, much better than any other cleaner I've tried (stick vac and sweeper). I've only given it 4 stars rather than 5 because: 1. On page 2 of instructions it states for domestic use only, but it's called a commercial vac! and 2. The plastic hose extensions are push in with no 'catch' so can come apart when using. Pictures are of before and after cleaning kitty litter from thick rug. This vac doesn't slide easily over thick pile, so I used it in one direction - pull; so best for hard surfaces and low pile carpets. Suction too strong for some uses. Very, very good suction.

in no time. , by the time you do maybe 2 small rooms weekly it's full , it's no where near as good as the older vax vacuums, I'll stick to using my $30 Kmart one even if I have to replace it every year it's heaps better

Waste of money – Have used it 3 times in 18 months. The powerhead stopped working after the first use. The hose is the hardest thing to remove once connected, so now… Read more

is majorly bulky to store. Useless on carpet, thank goodness the dog is not an inside one. Can only use on hard floor surfaces. Now I rarely vacuum due to anxiety and frustration!
