single person to assemble, but not too difficult. The build quality is good, no misaligned holes or bad wielding. The whole rack is pretty sturdy. The pulley system is smooth enough with the stock wheels. Plate holders fits both 25mm and 50mm plates which was a concern for me. There are many pre dilled holes on the frame can be used for hooks, which is very flexible. Areas can be improved. The full length spotter arms get into the way with pulley system. You will need to take the arms off to adjustment the pulley from low to high or back. It's a hassle but not the end of the world. An open ended spotter arm might work better. The rack is not very deep, it's good in a way, save space. But depend on the type of bench you have, it might not be deep enough for you to sit just under the barbell. Again, not the end of the world. I upgraded from a half rack. The M10 is a big improvement for me to skip a gym membership. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

Not for those over 6 foot in height – Assembly is not advised for a beginner as the instruction booklet leaves a lot to be desired, that said - the assembly came together nicely after… Read more

some obtuse thinking. Overall - a fairly good product for the price point, I have only 2 gripes. ONE - the machine seems to be built to accommodate smallish people, I am 6' 4" and there is not really sufficient room for my range of arm/leg movement. TWO - the pulleys come adrift quite easily as soon as a "press fit" plastic bearing cover works it's way out of place, IMHO it would save a lot of upset if the manufacturer spent a bit more effort in adequate design of the pulley assemblies themselves. A falling apart pulley leads to a badly frayed cable and much swearing!

Don't buy it for its advertised values! – It keeps my back loose by the way it lets me move with the resistance of pool water. But I can watch videos at the same time. Perfect. Words words words to make up 30 words. Wonderful. Show details

Alright, got my Nimitz N1 from RitKeep after about 6-8 months of research. I originally wanted something on a lower price bracket, but didn't want to… Read more

compromise on having a functional cable machine, a squat rack and a smith machine, and wanted something that lasts not any cheap rack that will rust in 2-3 years (like the ones you see for sale on Marketplace). Long story short, I converged to the Nimitz N1. Pros: build quality, thick steel gauge, counterweighted smith (!!!), all cable and rack attachments (despite some being quite basic), 1:2 and/or 1:1 pulley ratio, steel weigh stacks (not the concrete with plastic liner). I've had it for 2-3 weeks now, and I am impressed with the versatility. Cons for me based on personal preference and related to my gym set up at home: plate horns facing the back is not my preference (I would prefer side facing, although machine is already quite large), also, I would love for the machine to be 200-300mm taller (I'm 188cm/6ft2in) to help me with pull ups and some cable exercises where i prefer the pulleys to move a bit higher.

Other info: - All in all, an absolute monster. - Took me about 4hrs of assembly time (split over a couple of days) - Assembly instructions was quite good and straight forward, despite hundreds of pieces. - I already had some gear prior to this on the photo. I only bought the actual rack (no bench, no plates/barbell) - 1:1 pulley ratio is interesting for certain exercises, in other words: you don't need a huge weight stack, which can be quite expensive. - Power Coating is beautiful. Seems high quality and no knicks or dents incurred through the assembly, which indicates that it coating is of good quality.

plates. For ease of my use, I keep the dumbbells assembled and add/remove plates as needed. Packing it away in its case is not necessary (for me). Occasionally the collars do work loose but it is easy enough to tighten up as needed.

It is an unusual piece of equipment but you need to be extra careful on how you use it correctly – This review is broken up into a number of sections that will give you the user (you) to use your preferred browser's "Find on page" function to skip… Read more

to the area of interest.

[The Summary] [The Product] [The Package] [The Pros(+) vs Cons(-)] [The Final Thoughts]

[The Summary] I bought this after experiencing some issues performing squats using a Force USA G6 Smith Machine (deserves its own review later) and a Force USA barbell with light to medium olympic weights.

The reason being was that I was experiencing some weakness and knee pain on my left side and it almost became a kind of muscle memory experience.

Looking for a solution to build strength and balance in my quads and knee joints. I started looking for Force USA branded equipment to add to my existing home gym.

Soon enough, I came across this. I have never heard of it as well as its silly name. I had a look at some earlier examples sold around eBay and a few second hand ones but were not Force USA branded. Despite the various choices, the other examples were also not commercial grade built.

[The Product] This piece of equipment is quite small and has a small footprint that immediately gives you an impression that it does not do very much.

Though upon closer inspection, the only part that is adjustable, is the front where the foam rollers are situated and then at the back is for the height adjustment for the cushion.

This product regardless of its brand as there are others that are similar, all share a common theme when using this kind of equipment for any kind of health improvement.

And that is, you need to be very careful upon how you use it and also be willing to remove all personal egos aside. If you have never used this kind of product before or understand its mechanics in performing the exercise; I would highly recommend that you start at beginner level using no weights what so ever, until given time that your body gets use to it over time.

What I experienced the first time when using this piece of equipment performing isolation exercises, when I used light dumbbells, I ended up rupturing my achilles tendon on my right side. So that was not a great experience making my mobility non-existent for three weeks.

Now I am not saying that this will happen for you as the user, but this is one of the reason why I am suggesting that you be extra careful when making a decision to purchase something like this to perform the expected strengthening exercises.

[The Package] It came in a basic box and following an easy to follow instruction guide to assemble. It took me about 20 to 30 minutes to put it all together.

[The Pros(+) vs Cons(-)] The Pros - great exercise platform for strengthening weak lower body muscles - small foot print and does not consume a great deal of floor space - costs (for a commercial grade quality build equipment)

The Cons - can cause damage if you don't start slow with basic exercise movements before progressing further with additional equipment or weights

[The Final Thoughts] Other than learning the hard way experiencing the damage caused by inexperience on a small platform such as this, I hope this offers a level of guidance for any one considering in getting something like this for their personal or professional use.

I would highly suggest you try it out first if an opportunity is given to understand how this operates as I did not get that opportunity when I purchased it other than using YouTube for research prior to making a conscious purchasing decision.
