Unfortunately, purchasing through Myer was a very frustrating experience. My online order arrived with another customer’s items inside and my purchased item was missing. Myer would not release my paid order unless I personally returned their mistake first, which took additional time and effort to resolve. No budging in their end, no apology for their mistake.

Posting this so others can make an informed decision about where to buy. The product is lovely, but the retailer experience let it down.
