Can I post more than one review about the same product?
No. A member can only write one review per product or service. We do this to protect the integrity of our rating system. If you wish to add to a review, please do so through our comments platform.
Do my reviews have to be positive?
No. ProductReview.com.au wants you to be brutally honest in your reviews, even if it means saying negative things. Consumers who are trying to decide whether or not to buy a product need to know its good and bad aspects in order to make an informed decision.
How can I see a list of products that another member has reviewed?
To view a list of all the products that another member has reviewed, go to the member's profile page and that will display the Reviews written by this member.
Why is my review Pending Approval?
In order to ensure quality, each review that is submitted to ProductReview.com.au is sent through and checked by our moderators. Reviews are generally approved within 48 hours. When your review is approved you will be notified by email.
Why does my review need to go through an approval process?
The approval process helps to ensure that irrelevant and inappropriate content is not published on our website.

Do reviews ever get removed?

How do I reply to a review left for my business?
You can respond to a review left for your business through our Management Response Platform. This platform allows managers and owners of a business to reply to reviews left on ProductReview.com.au. You will need to register to use this service, please contact us to register, include in your message the name of the business and a link to the listing/s you would like to manage.
