an email saying they were dispatching 2 sensors at a cost of $185.00. This email had the following information: "The responses to this email will be auto-forwarded to our customer service email address adc-cs.au@abbott.com." I responded by saying I had not requested these, and to refund me. I have now received a further email saying they have been despatched I tried calling their customer service line but there were no suitable options. I then called their head office but was told that they could not help. I have advised that I will be contacting the ACCC and OFT to lodge a formal complaint.
