received. I have sent two emails to customer service enquiring about what was happening. No response. I am now in the process of doing a chargeback on my credit card due to item not received and no response from Antler. Very poor and unprofessional customer service.

The shell of the clifton is ok and zips work. However, the castor wheels are garbage on mine the wheels disintegrated with less than 6 flights with short walks to rental car lots. The wheels are very thin and do not have bearings.

This has been my first hardside purchase. I trust in the Antler brand and their warranty.
I've only been on a few trips with it and it's already quite scratched and scuffed, but that's only cosmetic damage and I'm not so fussed. With the hardside you are limited with what you can jam in there, so I would consider buying a large so you can pack quickly.
This is also my first suitcase that's got the full spinner wheels. Definitely makes life easier!
