After trying a number of times, which took a few weeks, they have finally replied and arranged a pick up to get the monitor into their service center. I handed the monitor safely over to the delivery guy and started waiting for a response. Two weeks later, they have replied that the monitor screen is cracked - during the delivery they have arranged - and warranty is no longer valid. They have also said they can send a new monitor if I pay for it! As this was a ridiculous response, I didn't agree and wrote a couple of messages. Finally, they have decided to take to case to their R&D, where I have no idea how that is going to help. Now I have no monitor and getting no updates from AOC. This is the type of support you will get if you buy any products from AOC.

with this monitor it just was not comprehendible without zooming in a lot. It lacked sharpness.
I did contact the seller but seemed unconcerned with my experience.
I eventually gave up on it with less than 50hrs of use and now sits next to my computer desk. I had to take a break from looking at monitors as this one made my eyes so sore and gave me head aches.

don't worry about returning it just keep it and we will refund you. On Saturday 1st February 2025 I recycled it at Officeworks Chirnside Park.

in the software programming the keyboard lights. The GK500 was a pleasant surprise. The mechanical keys were great, the illumination was excellent and the software (after downloading from their web site) WORKED! Highly recommend this keyboard.
